Una experiencia increíble, el trato de sus trabajadores es muy puntual, las áreas verdes le proporcionan al lugar un ambiente acogedor y súper hermoso, una maravilla, gracias a Dios por darnos la oportunidad de pasar unos días increíbles, un lugar que recomiendo, no es necesario salir,ellos tienen muchas atracciones para hacer aún más bella su estadía

Hotel inovador. Uma área coberta equivalente a um campo de futebol, com belezas naturais de excelente gosto, bem estruturado com lojas e restaurantes. No verão, como right now, é muito bom porque é climatizado. Há também área externa, compiscinas e toboáguas , inclusive tem piscina apenas para adultos, para os que querem tranquilidade. Esse hotel tem muito diferencial positivo. Vale a visita e pelo menos 03 dias pra conhecê-lo ao todo. Ponto negativo: cama velha rangendo.fique atento!

Lugar incrível! Maior e melhor resort que eu conheci até o momento. Atendimento excelente, quarto maravilhoso, ambiente muito agradável. É gigante mesmo, me perdi diversas vezes. Aproveite todas as atrações e principalmente as piscinas.

Spectacular resort and convention center. I visited for a convention recently and was wowed by the property. The service was a cut above, even for a Mariott property. Food everywhere was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, had great air conditioning, and the whole resort smelled like vacation. While I only got to use the water park twice it was enjoyable. I would have liked an inner tube for the lazy river, but life jackets are readily available. While I did not go to any of the nearby theme parks, I did notice that shuttles to the parks were an included amenity. This was a great place to stay for a relaxing getaway and convention all at one time.

Terrible experience I woke up full of bites in my arms and legs and the only solution was to change rooms and this new room had nails on the carpet, everything was on the floor, it was terrible and they changed me again yes! 3 rooms in a single night no one answered or called me as they told me they would DO NOT visit this placeTerrible experiencia amanecí llena de picaduras en brazos y piernas y la única solución fue cambiarme de habitación y esta nueva habitación tenías uñas en el tapete todo estaba en el piso fue terrible y me cambiaron de nuevo si 3 habitaciones en una sola noche nadie respondió ni me llamaron como me dijeron que lo harían NO visiten este lugar

I was blown away with the beauty of this resort! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I adored the little shops and coffee bars located within walking distance of my room. The light show in the atrium was beautiful, also; I'm so glad I got a balcony room! Room service was quick and the food was good. My only complaint was on their website it says they recommend purchasing a seat by the pool...but literally all of them looked like they had to be reserved....so it's not a recommendation, it's a requirement. Overall, there was something for all of us to enjoy and I cannot wait to return! Oh, and reading the other reviews....I'd like to say that you don't have to pay for parking if you're staying overnight at the hotel, you simply scan your room key and it accepts it...I guess not everyone read the memo!

The Gaylord is always fabulous! Amazing vibes, gorgeous atrium, awesome pools, activities and events all day. They do a great job of blending adult aesthetics and fun to make them kid friendly here. We love the pool parties and lazy river. The restaurants and food are delicious! And no I won’t complain about the cost of the food or anything because we are here at a high end resort, the last thing I expected to do here was save money 😂 The rooms are generous in size, get an atrium room if you can, the balcony view of atrium is superb. The staff is kind and friendly. The 24 hour arcade is so fun and they have an awesome vending machine to get a prize with your tickets no matter the hours. My son and I love it here and are frequent visitors.

Bom local para hospedar, refeição e passeio. Estacionamento enorme. Preço de tudo é compatível com o luxo do local. Gostei de tudo é certamente vou hospedar em nossa próxima viajem a Fl. Amei o banco quase no meio do local.

Uno de los hoteles más bellos que podrías encontrar en el estado de "Florida". El Hotel cuentacon muchas actividades en la que puedes acceder y explorar a través de tu estadía . El cuidado que tiene cada área es hermoso con un estilo tropical y lujoso.

Absolutely beautiful!! The resort itself has a lot of amenities and attractions for the whole family. From the water parks, restaurants, spa, and convention center. There is always something to do!! Location is perfect near the Disney Parks (just down the road), Old Town (down the road), and Universal (20 minutes drive). Restaurants are pricey as expected in tourists areas but the food is tasty! There are also many options near by for outside dining.

Excelente lugar para vacaciones y descanso. El area de albercas estaba muy grande con toboganes y otras atracciones, y para quienes no quieren pasar el tiempo con niños, hay una alberca solo para adultos.

No recomiendo este hotel por favor tengan cuidado y muy encuentra a la hora de reservar porque son personas muy inhumanas e insensibles por motivos familiares me fue imposible presentarme el día de mi reservación mayo 20-22 a 5-22-22 y los llame les di la razón de lo sucedido en más de una ocasión porque no me ofrecían una solución humana y justa y después de que me dejaron en espera para comunicarle al jefe mi inquietud me dijeron que no podían hacer nada que mi dinero estaba cobrado por no presentarme y que eso era irreversible dura respuesta porque tenía la esperanza de que me dieran otras alternativas por ejemplo un cambio de fechas para tener la buena aceptación de los clientes y darme la posibilidad a mi y a mi familia devisitar el hotel,no lo recomiendo para mi tiene 0 calificación 😟👎

Overnight stay to celebrate a friends' child's birthday. The facility and staff were very accommodating for our large group with more kids than adults. The poor area was clean and fun for all ages. Best part of the trip was a great poolside attendant named Jersey. She was attentive, hospitable, kind to the kids and overall a huge blessing during our stay. The only downside of the whole experience was not giving her a big tip before the end of her shift. We will definitely come back to visit, and hopefully see the same personable staff again.

Beautiful and well kept hotel/convention center.The meals for the large (over 1000 person) group were all delicious and varied. Service from the employees was impressively polite. Rooms, halls, grounds, public washrooms, etc. were always clean.The only complaints I would have is that it is it's own resort, nothing off property was within walking distance. Very expensive to eat and drink, but I guess that is too be expected with such a high quality resort.

We stayed here for 3 nights with the kids. Great family vacation resort. Seemed like they were short staffed at the pools for service, even on the 2 days we had the cabana. Still had a great time. We had dinner at Old Hickory one night, and the service was amazing. Then at the lobby restaurant another night, also great service. This resort is best for families with small kids. We would go back.

This resort tries to be Vegas worthy but fails spectacularly. The best part about this resort is the pool and indoor forest area. The rest needs much better management. First, our room was never cleaned, even though I called twice per day asking for it. At over $300/night, that's insane. Additionally, there's about 700 chairs by the pool (not exaggerated, they're numbered so they can be reserved), but only 2 bartenders at the poolside restaurant, making it impossible to get food or drinks. This problem is resort-wide. We tried to get lunch around 2 pm and even though restaurants had open seats, wait times were 30 to 45 minutes. It's absurd for $300/night to not be able to buy lunch at any of the 4 (5?) restaurants. Don't go to the tapas place, everything is priced like the entrees at other restaurants, so you're just throwing away money. We got 3 tapas, 4 drinks, and a dessert and the bill was over $150, almost $200. I can't stress enough how awful this resorts dining is handled.

O hotel é um resort muito bonito, mas não oferece estacionamento gratuito e nem café da manhã. Pelo menos, não estava incluído na minha diária. O quarto não tem nada de especial, exceto uma varanda com vista para o interior do resort.
