“One of the worst hotel I have ever been. Total featuressless facility in a neighbourhood looking like a ghost town though well tended. This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever seen, the breakfast is served from 7 am but at 7 only some cold food is available, no cooked food because maybe it is too early for local standards. Gym and pool are on reservation, the gym can be used by one person st a time and for not longer than 1 hour after that you will be kicked out. The pool is on reservation and limited too, after 1 hour you are supposed to go. One Sunday with 43 degrees I show up at the pool at 16.40 and it was empty, I was told that after 20 mins I had to go because the pool had been booked by other customers and was full. Never seen a place more complicated than this. Totally obsessed with masks and disinfectants. At breakfast You are supposed to take food with supermarket style plastic gloves and some chop stick style tweezers. This place is frustrating.”

“Ótimo para se hospedar em familia. Quarto com cama de casal muito confortável e um sofá cama para as crianças. Jarra elétrica, café e chá disponíveis no quarto. O quarto estava bem limpo e arrumado. O buffet de café da manhã é bom. Próximo ao metrô, estação Feria de Madrid. Funcionários atenciosos.”
