“Everything about the experience was 5 star, actually 6! We did a honeymoon suite with a private pool in The Castle area and it was stunning perfection.
We had butler service as part of our package and Emilio was incredible. He was attentive, kind and took great care of our needs.
We scheduled a private beach dinner, but at the last minute the hotel had to change. At first I was very disappointed in the last minute change, but they more than made up by making our private dinner even more memorable by setting us up at the Blue Marlin in the private dining villa. The food, staff and night were impeccable.
Overall the staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful, The room was absolutely fantastic and the food was great.
We loved Sanctuary Town and the buffet and had a great experience at The Steakhouse.
We already booked a return trip to Sanctuary and look forward to coming back for years to come.”
