“The hotel is in a good location in Gran Via, the rooms are clean and quite modern. The beds are okay, not super nice, and the pillows are the classic Spanish kind (big and hard). The bathroom was big and in good condition. We paid extra for an exterior room with balcony. This balcony was huge and the view over the busy street was great, especially at night!”
