“I cannot call this a hotel. It's more like a service apartment. The breakfast according to my children is worse than what they served in their school. We have to pay for parking. Why? There is no housekeeping. We are practically out the entire day since we are on vacation. When we are back, the beds are the same as when we left. We are only given new towels. The WIFI in the room is horrible and we have to ask for a secondary connection. The last day before checking out (12pm supposedly), the housekeeping lady opened our door at 8am wanting to clean the room.”

“Stayed there for 3 nights. The room was large and comfortable. The bed and bedding (and pillows) good. The sofa (bed) was uncomfortable to sit on as the cushions wouldn't stay on. Very strange GLASS door into the bathroom - frosted, but you can still see what's going on. TV good. Room was either pitch black at night, or if you turned on the bathroom light, it was like daytime (because of the glass door).
It felt short-staffed (and probably was), but the employees were friendly. A truly AWFUL breakfast buffet - no bread of any kind - no toast - nothing. Fake eggs and decent bacon and sausage (alternating days).
Absolutely nowhere to park - even for check-in. Really expensive valet parking only at $29/day plus tips.”
