“Nice room but... I don’t know the guy’s name at the front desk when I checked in but he was rude, rushing to get my money give me a key and get me out. Didn’t tell me any information including about breakfast and due to covid I assume is why there was no info book in the room to tell me either so I missed the breakfast. Also maybe tell people that guest have to pay for parking before we get there and I mean up front so I don’t have to search and click on links to find hidden charges for parking and whatever a holding fee is. Lastly a key reader for the elevator? Really? So I can’t go checkout before going to my car in the parking garage and if it were to stop working like sometimes technology does your stuck on the top floors so I hope you can walk down stairs. God forbid you need an ambulance on a top floor there! Makes me question the entire brand.”
