A localização é excelente, o quarto é bom, mas a bebida é cara, aconselho comprar em outro lugar, uma água que em outros hotéis custa 2$ ou 2,50$ no Hyatt paguei 3,75.

Bed was comfortable, other than that the room was super outdated and way overpriced. Wall thermostat had dead batteries (when was the last they were checked?) Heating / cooling unit was loud and worked part time and took breaks. Requested additional towels that I assume are still on the way. Absolutely not worth the money for the location and overpriced parking. Never again.

When I arrived for check in. I was greater by a lady who wasn't very happy. I told her my name & that my fiance booked me a room. She then told me that my room was not paid for. Which I knew her for it. After belittling me. I reluctantly gave her my credit card. After I called him and he confirmed he already paid. So we paid twice and had to get reimbursed. Just can't belive it.

This was clean the staff was very nice and helpful. Great location within walking distance to Heinz field. I would stay here again.

Compliments to host/front desk staff and kitchen staff. They're rolling with the COVID punches. The morning breakfast showed creativity to be COVID compliant. Other reviews on cleanliness seem unfounded. The rooms could use some rehab, but all concerns were cosmetic. The bed was comfy. There was plenty of hot water. But seriously, karaoke in the next door room until 3AM. Do quiet hotels actually exist???? $22 for parking likewise was ridiculous! Easy access off the highway and close to all North Shore attractions! Easy access to the riverside walking trail and to the Point State Park walking/biking bridge made getting out for sight seeing effortless!

Localização perfeita. Se você quer estar perto do estádio, restaurantes e explorar os locais, mas ainda se sente seguro indo para o seu hotel ... então este é o hotel para você. O café da manhã era ótimo e tinha muitas opções ... um pouco diferente a cada dia. As camas eram tão confortáveis. Tínhamos cortinas opacas, pelo que era fácil dormir. O nosso quarto era muito limpo ... e tínhamos duas crianças a ficar connosco, mas tínhamos muito espaço com uma cama king-size e um sofá-cama. Pessoal foi muito útil e extremamente agradável. Dave, que está encarregado dos estacionamentos, nos ajudou muito com um problema de estacionamento. Corrigimos a situação imediatamente e ficamos muito gratos. Nós vamos ficar aqui novamente.

You know I love me some Hyatt Place, and this location is awesome, sandwiched between baseball and football. However, the fitness center needed some help. Why the Hyatt Place thought it was a good idea to position the curtains in a fixed closed position is beyond me. Nobody likes to run on a treadmill staring at closed curtains when there is such a nice view. Also, the treadmill was placed immediately under a fire sprinkler which means anybody over 5'10" would have open head lacerations after just a few steps on that treadmill. I solved the problem and saved Hyatt Place millions in insurance settlements by shifting the treadmill a couple feet to the right. You're welcome.

First time visits Pittsburgh for a concert at Stage AE & the Hyatt was AMAZING. Friendly & Dave helped us navigate the parking situation (usually stresses me out in any city, lol) having kids and dogs. $22 parking is nominal compared to NYC & other major cities & the lot on premises allows in and out easily. People are friendly in the city & make you feel welcome :) My dogs got shown the love from Hyatt staff like they deserve :) location is great for the a scenic area walk along the river, spacious, clean and memorials nestled along the walk. Breakfast was good & coffee was strong (how we like it!). We had a small issue with the A/C that was fixed right away moving us next door. Our room was clean and spacious, bed was heavenly & comfortable after a long day of activities & exercise. The shower water pressure & temp was just right & my spouse said, we need this at home! Hyatt & North Shore was just what I needed to recharge my soul after losing my mom recently. Means so much & we will be back for sure!!

Perfect location. If you want to be close to the stadium, restaurants and explore the sites but still feel safe going to your hotel ...then this is the hotel for you. Breakfast was great and had many options... a little different each day. Beds were so comfortable. We had blackout curtains so it was easy to sleep in. Our room was very clean...and we had two children staying with us but had plenty of room with a king bed and pull out couch. Staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Dave who is in charge of the parking lots, helped us out tremendously with a parking issue. Corrected the situation immediately and we were so grateful. We will stay here again.

Primeira vez hospedado aqui, nós amamos a localização. A equipe da recepção e Dave da manutenção foram muito agradáveis e prestativos. Minha única reclamação é para o preço que você paga pelos quartos, a limpeza estava em um nível baixo. Nosso quarto tinha um cheiro muito mofado / Smokey, as paredes e portas pareciam todos marcados. Parecia que poderia ter sido melhor limpo. Além disso, não entendo a cobrança de US $ 22 por noite para estacionar, se você for um convidado.

First time staying here, we loved the location. Front desk staff & Dave from maintenance were very nice & helpful. My only complaint is for the price you pay for the rooms, cleanliness was at a all time low. Our room had a very musty/Smokey smell to it, the walls & doors looked all marked up. Felt like it could have been cleaned better. Also, I don’t understand the charging of $22 a night to park either if you’re a guest.

If you're in town to attend a sporting event stay here. This is an awesome, safe area right by the sporting venues and near the casino and downtown. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are great. They had a nice take-away breakfast. Check-in was a breeze and the customer service was good.q

Situado muy cerca al estadio de beisbol y podrias simplemente ir caminando al centro historico de la ciudad.
