“I stayed here for a few nights in fall of 2021. The city of Chicago had a mask mandate and the hotel took the precautions seriously. Most people I saw in the common areas were wearing masks. Hand sanitizing stations were set up in the lobby and near the elevators. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is tough to beat the location!”

“We’ve been to Chicago a few times but this is the first time staying at this hotel. The building itself is very centrally located. We pretty much walked EVERYWHERE. We even participated in a gangster ghost tour that met up just a couple of blocks away. Restaurant, shopping and entertainment is all within a few blocks. Location was 10/10! The room was nice. I think we got a river front view…I believe that was an upgrade? Housekeeping was always courteous and got us anything extra we requested. My favorite part was probably the concierge lounge. Breakfast and a light dinner was provided and on the days they were closed, the front desk gave us some vouchers to cover part of the hotel restaurant charges or to spend at their little market. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here and would likely be coming back.”
