“My mom stayed here for 2 days. Well, the place is new, clean, very accessible, had a good kitchen. The check-in people could have hada little more experience. The biggest problem was the overpowering smell, like a car freshener bomb. I think they put fragrance in the air-conditioning fan. I had to open the window and turn off the fan. Overall, good basic place. Mi mamá se quedó aquí por 2 días. Bueno, el lugar es nuevo, limpio, muy accesible, tenía una buena cocina. La gente del check-in podría haber tenido un poco más de experiencia. El mayor problema era el olor abrumador, como una bomba ambientadora de coche. Creo que pusieron fragancia en el ventilador del aire acondicionado. Tuve que abrir la ventana y apagar el ventilador. En general, un buen lugar básico.”

“The building and the facilities are new. Rooms are well-designed for extended stays. Our room had full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and two electric burners. Easy to store all your stuff in the built-in closets, shelves or under the beds. Nice size bathrooms with full bathtubs. Laundry room is clean and well maintained. Everything works with a tap of your ATM or credit card. The gym is small but a great place to do a quick workout (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and and pulley system weight machine).Staff is friendly and very helpful. (Unsolicited advice to future guests: A little kindness goes a long way.) They are responsive and make every effort to go beyond what is expected. They take pride in keeping the facility clean and comfortable for everyone. During our stay, a concerted effort was made to improve the facilities. A fancy new coffee machine was added (complimentary espresso!). They installed a barbecue grill and Adirondack chairs in the back. They are working on a gazebo.Super convenient location for business travelers working on the East Side, and individuals/families visiting the Seattle area. Excellent freeway access but a car is not necessary; amenities for daily life are all a short walk away (Whole Foods, Peet's, Mercury, Fred Meyer, Target, the list goes on). Marymoor Park is close and great for a nice run, catching the races at the velodrome, or walking the dog (WoodSpring is very dog friendly). There are a few things that you should know. First, the laundry room is a community room, so if someone has bad manners (e.g., leaves their laundry in a machine), it can be inconvenient. Second, the Internet service is more than sufficient, but it's not rocket speed. Third, like all multi-resident buildings, a noisy neighbor can present challenges. In our experience, the staff tries their best to help.We enjoyed our stay here and will certainly stay again.”
