“Stayed here twice. The first time was ok, despite the rooms being super small and smelly. The second time the front desk service was terrible and made me decide never to stay here again. I only needed a room for 6 hours to sleep overnight. Well, unfortunately even that was terrible. The staff were ULTRA noisy at 6am, yelling to one another as they slammed room service dishes around, and I’m pretty sure there was some construction next door.
Oh and earlier that day they tried charging my travel buddy $50 to check in at 2:30pm instead of 3, claiming the ENTIRE place was full when the hotel is dead as a cemetery. My experience was similarly difficult, slow, and staff were very rude. Specifically, there was a very arrogant disrespectful front desk employee named Andre who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for me to check in. After a few minutes of his disrespect I asked to speak with a supervisor (Melisa) who was equally unhelpful and couldn’t care less.

“Great Hotel, well situated and price is very convenient. Great breakfast and the food in the restaurant is nice, tasty and very well presented. Location is great, close to everything . Great pool and gym . Everything amazing however the staff in general, they make the difference. From Mr. Wilson in Don Carlos and everyone else they are all so caring and helpful that make you feel at home . I will come back next time i travel for business.
