“Employees are friendly and willingness to help. I Hidden fees (i.e. Hotel fee PLUS a resort fee, so there really isn't anything complimentary). Cleaning service was slow, not cleaned til late in afternoon , had to ask for towels and washcloths, sheets on bed weren't changed during entire week long stay.”

“Well maintained hotel with excellent service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy themselves. Although the beach was lost based on recent storms there is still access to the water from an area very close to the pool. This is a beautiful hotel centrally located in a area where there are numerous very good restaurants within walking distance. There are also numerous daily activities planned at the hotel that you can attend. We are beach people and the fact that there was no beach should have been disclosed in my opinion. The Marriott does provide a shuttle to a public beach that is excellent and where we spent the majority of our time during the day. If you use the shuttle and you want beach chairs and an umbrella you will need to rent them from a vendor at the public beach. I think the Marriott should offer to pay for this as well because if you were able to stay at the hotel there would be no need to rent these items. We really enjoyed our stay and I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lack of beach access.”
