Localização: incrível. Facilidade: boa. Uma das melhores propriedades MVC em HHI. Só uma crítica da nossa estadia mais recente, e já disse a vocês pessoalmente: sei que é uma merda vocês terem que cuidar de adultos que agem como crianças e não saem da academia a tempo durante uma pandemia. No entanto, tive pelo menos 2 incidentes em que "Karen e Ken" bateram os pés quando não puderam ultrapassar o tempo de treino programado (até mesmo chamando a segurança em um caso) porque suas regras estabelecem claramente 4 pessoas por unidade no máximo de cada vez - o que eu concordo completamente. Sugiro estender a alocação de 30 minutos para 45 minutos e colocar sinalização mais proeminente - com fonte grande - em vários pontos da sala (incluindo em esteiras, pois os principais infratores parecem ser usuários pesados delas) e, se necessário, monitore-a em pessoa.

Location: Awesome. Facility: good. One of the better MVC properties in HHI. Only one criticism from our most recent stay, and I already told you guys this in person: I know it sucks that you have to manage adults who act like children and will not leave the gym facility on time during a pandemic. However I had at least 2 incidents where "Karen and Ken" stamped their feet when they couldn't overstay their scheduled workout time (even calling security in one case) because your rules clearly state 4 people per unit maximum at a time - which I completely agree with. I suggest extending the 30 minute allocation to 45 minutes, and put more prominent signage - with large font - at multiple points in the room (including on treadmills as the main offenders seem to be heavy users of them) and if need be, monitor it in person.

Belo resort, a equipe foi maravilhosa como sempre. Embora COVID-19 estivesse acontecendo, sentimos que o resort estava fazendo tudo o que podia para manter os hóspedes e funcionários seguros. Hermoso complejo, el personal fue maravilloso como siempre. A pesar de que COVID-19 estaba sucediendo, sentimos que el resort estaba haciendo todo lo posible para mantener seguros a los huéspedes y al personal. Me gustó que enviaran mensajes de texto diarios para recordarnos sobre la seguridad y para alertarnos sobre cosas y actividades en el complejo.

Beautiful resort, staff was wonderful as always. Even though COVID-19 was going on, we felt the resort was doing everything they could to keep guests and staff safe. I liked them sending daily text messages to remind about safety and to alert us of things and activities around the resort.

Nossas acomodações foram ótimas! Os banheiros e cozinha foram bem abastecidos com tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia de semanas. Tomou-se cuidado para garantir que o que tocamos foi higienizado. Os controles remotos foram embalados em pacotes individuais. Nós ouvimos a música no bar para sua última noite e foi excelente. Gostei tanto que não pude deixar de dançar. Tivemos uma deliciosa refeição sulista servida como take away. O cara que dirige a loja de bicicletas era incrível. Usamos a bicicleta tandem deles e fizemos um passeio adorável pela reserva florestal. Usamos a banheira de água quente algumas noites e parecia relaxante depois de um longo dia. Nós escolheríamos ir aqui novamente.

¡Nuestro alojamiento fue genial! Los baños y la cocina estaban bien equipados con todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estancia de una semana. Se tuvo cuidado para asegurarnos de que lo que tocamos estuviera desinfectado. Los controles remotos estaban envueltos en paquetes individuales. Llegamos a escuchar la música en el bar durante su última noche y fue excepcional. Lo disfruté tanto que no pude evitar bailar. Tuvimos una deliciosa comida sureña servida como comida para llevar. El tipo que dirige la tienda de bicicletas fue increíble. Usamos su bicicleta tándem y tuvimos un hermoso paseo por la reserva forestal. Usamos el jacuzzi unas cuantas noches y nos sentimos reconfortantes después de un largo día. Decidiríamos ir aquí de nuevo.

Our accommodations were great! The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with all we needed for our weeks stay. Care was taken to make sure that what we touched was sanitized. The remotes were wrapped in individual packets. We got to hear the music at the bar for their final night and it was outstanding. I enjoyed it so much that I couldn't keep from dancing. We had a delicious southern meal served as take out. The guy who runs the bike shop was awesome. We used their tandem bike and had a lovely ride through the forest preserve. We used the hot tub a few nights and it felt soothing after a long day. We'd choose to go here again.

Nosso resort favorito. Belo trecho de propriedade à beira-mar. Decoração de bom gosto em vilas com cozinhas totalmente equipadas e lavanderia em cada unidade. 4 piscinas e 6 banheiras de hidromassagem. Bar ao lado da piscina e atividades para adultos e crianças. O que mais você poderia querer?

Our favorite resort. Beautiful stretch of beachfront property. Tasteful decor in villas with fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities in each unit. 4 pools and 6 hot tubs. Pool side bar and activities for adults and kids. What more could you want?

Excellent experience!We will return to this Marriott property in the future.The front desk staff were outstanding and made sure our location and building requests were met for our anniversary celebration weekend. All Covid precautions were upheld and cleaning was done well.My husband and I highly recommend this beautiful property.We are Marriott Vacation Club Owners so have been to many of their resorts. This one is top notch 5 stars
