Tive uma experiência muito ruim. Pediu um upgrade e acabou de obter o mesmo tipo de quarto em um andar superior. Além disso, os funcionários eram tão rígidos. Eles não permitiram que nenhum dos meus amigos viesse para uma pequena festa pelo meu aniversário. Eu nunca viria aqui nem indicaria ninguém para vir aqui. Existem hotéis melhores do que este.

Raramente escrevo comentários, mas fico tão impressionado com os padrões de serviço do St Regis e a dedicação da equipe que me sinto compelido a escrever sobre minha experiência. Perdi minha câmera na entrada da garagem, que caiu do bolso do casaco quando estava saindo do táxi. 2 horas depois, em pânico total, entrei em contato com a equipe e eles garantiram que revisariam o CCTV e investigariam. Na manhã seguinte, recebi um telefonema do gerente Gopal informando que a câmera foi encontrada após a diligência de sua equipe na revisão de todos os vídeos de CFTV. Estou tão sem palavras agora, mas quero agradecer sinceramente ao St Regis por essa qualidade incrível de serviço. ❤️

I rarely write reviews but am so impressed with St Regis service standards and dedication of the staff that I feel compelled to write about my experience. I lost my camera on the driveway which fell out of my coat pocket as I was exiting my taxi. 2 hours later in full panic mode, I contacted the staff and they assured my they would review the CCTV & investigate. The next morning I received a call from the Manager Gopal that the camera wasfound after the diligence of their staff in reviewing all the CCTV videos. I'm so speechless right now but I want to sincerely thank St Regis for such amazing quality of service. ❤️

Had a very bad experience. Had asked for an upgrade & just got the same type of room on a higher floor. Also the staff were so strict.They didn’t allow any of my friends to come for a small celebration for my birthday. I would never come here nor refer anybody to come here. There are better hotels than this.

This is not q five star hotel. I have quarantined here for work and they literally treated like as if I'm in jail. Food is horrible and the service here is so bad. As acomodações eram excelentes. Cada interação com a equipe foi acima das expectativas.Sete cozinhas foi incrível. Eu poderia comer aqui 3 vezes ao dia. A variedade e a qualidade eram perfeitas. Minha única reclamação era que eu enchia rapidamente. A equipe foi gentil e prestativa e apontou especiais.

A propriedade é nova e moderna. Oferece quartos com vista da cidade e vista parcial do mar. O hotel está localizado ao lado do shopping Palladium, o que é bastante benéfico para os hóspedes com estadias longas. A limpeza e arrumação são padrões absolutamente elevados.O ginásio é muito bem conservado e o pessoal é bastante útil. Fiquei por 2 meses durante uma situação de restrições ambiciosas na maioria das vezes, portanto, não posso dar uma avaliação justa da barra. Na minha experiência, o bar no 37º andar é muito bom para casais que estão namorando e, com certeza, não é um lugar badalado para viajantes sozinhos.PS - Os andares superiores (acima de 24) com vista parcial do mar oferecem minha vista favorita deste hotel.

The accommodations were excellent. Every interaction with staff went above expectations. Seven Kitchens was incredible. I could eat here 3 times a day. The variety and quality was perfect. My only complaint was that I filled up to quickly. The staff was kind and helpful and pointed out specials.

The property is new and modern. It offers rooms with city view and partial sea view. The hotel is located by the side of Palladium shopping mall which is quite beneficial for long stay guests. The cleanliness and housekeeping is absolutely high standards. The gym is very well maintained and staff is quite helpful. I have stayed for 2 months during covid restrictions situation most of the time hence can’t give you fair review of bar. In my experience Bar on 37 floor is quite good for couples on date and wasn’t a happening place for solo travelers for sure. PS - Higher floors (above 24) with partial sea view offers my favorite view from this hotel.

O hotel fica ao lado de um grande shopping center e está convenientemente localizado. A equipe e serviço também foram excelentes. Gostei do ambiente. Os restaurantes são bons, mas muito caros. Eu gostaria de sugerir ir ao Phoenix Mall e há toneladas de boas opções de comida. Eu cortei uma estrela pelo valor para o dinheiro, caso contrário, é um bom hotel 5 estrelas.

The hotel is right next to a big mall, and is very conveniently located. The staff and service were also great. I liked the ambience. Restaurants are good, but over priced. I would suggest going to Phoenix Mall and there are ton of good food options. I cut one star for value for money, otherwise it is a nice 5 star hotel.

St. Regis is just WOW! I had an amazing experience here. The Ambience is just stunning. It's a treat for your eyes. The Buffet is also lavish and hospitality is great. You should definitely visit this place.

Great view from the room. The hospitality is top-notch. Smooth check-in with all the necessary protocols being followed to ensure a safe stay. Location is perfect with some amazing restaurants to choose from at the property. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Absolutely worth it!

Review on Brunch on a Sunday 24/01/2020Time : 1:30pmHeaded to floor 9MWelcomed well by the greeter at the entrance and considering Covid-19 situation in place self declaration was taken and Aarogya Setu app was checked.Hand sanitizers placed everywhere and where you want it specifically without hindering the interior decor of the restaurant.Escorted to the table and menu ( paper printed not the best ) was given to choose from alcohol / non- alcohol menu. Luckily had a table close to food stations.Pros:Food & Beverages::Lovely Yum food. On the date we went : Pizza Margherita ( just like in Italy) , lobsters with asparagus n other veggies on lemon grass , lamb chops , pork grilled sausages, grilled prawns ,Thai noodles , salmon salad , baby octopus, pork belly were the best ! Do try their cakes. They have a very creative pastry chef ( very bright and welcoming young lady) ! Visually appealing and yum.We tried almost all of the cuisines except Indian so can’t say much about it.Seating :: The place was full but the seating were placed very spaced from all others so as to keep socially distanced as best as possible. Never had any disturbance from any client nearby.Service:: A young man named “ Rajesh” took excellent care of our needs at the table. He was gentle , polite , professional and with lot of good spirit of hospitality. That man needs a shoutout for his excellent attention to all the clients he served.We were happy about the other staff too. They were kind to answer questions and polite.Covid care ::Hotel elevator buttons were masked with transparent plastic sheets and marked date and time placed so as to replace them frequently so to avoid contact exposure.Good availability of hand sanitizer everywhere and at places where you look for it. At dining you could take your masks off but they have requested to have masks on at all food stations so as to provide safety. All staff and chefs wearing masks. Minimal contact with common utensils and silverware at food stations. Good.Cons:Layout:: The place is elegant giving justice to its class on decor , furniture etc.Food stations do have name tags but it’s not so prominent so as you have great chance to miss some cuisine. We found the Indian food station at the back when we were half done.I suggest you first to go around at all food stations looking what they have before you picking up something to dig in. Might help you organize better.Silverware::They clear your extra plates and used up plates very often and keep the table very neat and clean. Only problem is that the silverware were never replaced so that you need to keep taking care of your silverware for the entire service. I felt not every now and then but a request could be made by the waiter for the same / could offer. Let the client choose.Rajesh did care to bring teaspoons as we had requested for coffee.Summary::A nice place to escape the city rush and heat. Cozy , elegant well taken cared property. Well mannered and caring staff. Comfortable pricing. Fills tummy and hearts.

Tivemos uma experiência terrível neste hotel. Expectativas tão altas, mas arruinaram completamente o nosso dia especial. Uma grande ocasião que queríamos passar neste hotel, mas acabou por ser um pesadelo. Nunca recomendarei esta propriedade a ninguém.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Such high expectations but they completely ruined our special day. A great occasion that we wanted to spend at this hotel but it turned out to be a nightmare. Will never recommend this property to anyone.

A comida vietnamita era boa e o café-da-manhã foi incrível. Todos os funcionários do restaurante e o mordomo criaram uma atmosfera que irei prezar por muito tempo.Continue assim pessoal !!!

Ambiente encantador. Sete cozinhas tem comida excelente. Uma vez que é amigável para estrangeiros, eles tinham leite de amêndoa também para pessoas intolerantes à lactose. Luna e sala de desenho foram incríveis também. Recomende uma estadia em um hotel nesta propriedade, mesmo se você estiver na mesma cidade, você será transportado para os andares superiores do sul de Mumbai com vistas incríveis. Lovely Ambience. Seven kitchens has excellent food. Since it is foreigner friendly they had almond milk as well for lactose intolerant people. Luna and Drawing room were awesome too. Recommend a hotel stay at this property, even if you are in same city you will be transported to the top floors of south Mumbai with awesome views. Rooms are very well decorated

Hospitality at its Best I was there recently to celebrate my birthday. All the staff were so very nice and hospitable. They exceeded my expectation. We were pampered. The Vietnamese food was good and breakfast spread was amazing. All the restaurant staff and the Butler created such an atmosphere which I will cherish for a long time to come. Keep it up guys!!!

Se hospedado por 2 noites..O check-in foi tranqüilo e temos um quarto com uma das melhores vistas, graças à cortês equipe da recepção, Ganapathy. Quartos Spic and span e o hotel tomou todas as precauções para CoVID! Excelente jantar e propagação de café da manhã. A comida era incrível! O serviço nos balcões vivos das sete cozinhas foi um pouco desleixado. Eles colocaram os pedidos na mesa errada não uma, mas três vezes !! Serviço muito lento, tivemos que solicitar água e sal e pimenta, várias vezes, o que foi bastante frustrante. O restaurante buffet estava lotado, mas isso é bastante esperado, dada a temporada de férias. Viu uma clara folga ali, talvez eles não tivessem pessoal ou tivessem pessoal não treinado? Além do mau serviço no restaurante, tudo o resto foi ótimo!

Stayed for 2 nights..Check-in was smooth and we got a room with one of the best views , thanks to the courteous front desk staff, Ganapathy. Spic and span rooms and the hotel has taken all precautions forCoVID! Excellentdinner and breakfast spread. Food was amazing ! The service at the seven kitchens live counters was a bit sloppy . They got the orders to the wrong table not once but thrice !! Very slow service , we had to request water andsalt & pepper , multiple times which was quite frustrating. The buffet restaurant was crowded , but this is quite expected given the holiday season. Saw a clear slack there , maybe they were unstaffed or had untrained staff ? Apart from the poor service at the restaurant , everything else was just great !

O que é um hotel incrível. Devo dizer que a vista de todos os cantos é maravilhosa. Tentamos o happy hour no bar do restaurante no último andar, tudo estava delicioso. Tínhamos uma equipe pessoal que cuidou de nossas necessidades para garantir que tivéssemos uma estadia confortável. Era o nosso aniversário, então eles tiveram uma adorável banheira de pétalas de rosa e um bolo organizado no momento em que voltamos para o quarto após o jantar. Além disso, o buffet de jantar foi ótimo, eles tinham uma boa variedade para escolher. Agora, quando falamos sobre o menu de café da manhã, é geralmente o mesmo em todos os hotéis, mas aqui era diferente, novamente, grande variedade de escolha. What an amazing hotel. I must say the view from every corner is wonderful. We tried their happy hour at restaurant bar in the top floor everything was delicious.We had a personal staff who took care of our needs making sure we had a comfortable stay. It was our anniversary so they had a lovely rose petal bath tub and a cake arranged by the time we got back to the room after our dinner. Also their dinner buffet was great they had good variety to choose from.Now when we talk about breakfast menu it is usually same at every hotel but here it was different again wide variety to choose from I loved their freshly made parathas at the counter. Overall a great experience would definitely visit again

Hotel bellísimo, pero con habitaciones pequeñas. La hubicación es buena ya que está conectado al Palladium Mall. El servicio fue bueno, pero podría haber sido mejor, especialmente comparado con otros hoteles en Mumbai.

Conocemos ya varios St Regis, la comida es un punto muy fuerte que nos hace repetir por que pensábamos era una garantía, eso era hasta el St Regis de Mumbai, fuimos el primer día al 7 Kitchen al buffet de medió dia, a mi los mariscos no me llamaron la atención por no lucir apetecible, mi marido se lanzó a un langostino enorme y en el plato se quedó, digamos que hay muchísima variedad y estaciones diferentes, pero no es excelente. Pedimos un room service o un private dinning como denominan aquí, en nuestra Astor suite del piso 34, con unas vistas maravillosas, vino el camarero y dejo la bandeja con todo dentro menos dos platos de hamburguesas, cuando pregunta ...” puedo hacer algo más por ustedes!???”, muy bien aprendido, le digo si por favor pude colocar la mesa conveniente, y el pobre simplemente no sabía, me di cuenta no es que no quisiera, es que no sabía que era lo que yo pretendía. Yo tengo un gran recorrido por hotel s de 5 Estrellas en Suites y se que puede esperarse de una comida en Suite. Una mesa con sus mantelitos y bien colocado todo. Esto nos chocó mucho. Por otro lado cada vez que entraba en la suite un intenso olor a productos de limpieza pero de los malos y que huelen mal. Otro gran pero a este St Regis, el ruido de la discoteca, recomiendo no coger planta 34 ni 33... de ahí para abajo. La Butler, se me ocurrió pedirle que me deshiciera la maleta, y no se si es que no sabe o que no quizo trabajar, solo saco todo tal cual y lo amontono en dos repisas del armario, no colgó nada de las perchas, lo hizo en 2 minutos on ningún interés, así pues en nuestros 5 días decidimos no usar su servicio, ah! Me olvidaba, la llame una vez para modificar mi reserva y ella lo que hizo fue pasarme con el lugar y tuve que volver a explicar todo y que me cuesta en inglés que no es mi lengua. Para que no sea tanto negativo en mi critica, diré que la suite, las instalaciones, el servicio en general, el check in y out muy atento. Menos una señorita de recepción que le dije que quería cambiar y me dijo de un modo brusco “ siéntese!”, tan brusco que me quede de pie y cuando lo volvió a de ir igual le dije que no me sentaba por que no me gusto el modo de decírmelo.
