I stayed at this Hotel this weekend for two nights. On the second day, they had no hot water. I called the front desk and they said, Oh yes our Water heater went out last night. Nothing was announced to guests that were affected. I was told they were going to discount the price of my second night and nothing was done. On top of everything, I see multiple charges on my credit card that I was not aware off. Don’t stay at this Hotel and if you do check your credit card transactions.

Valet and door staff very friendly. Front desk not as much. Bartenders were very good. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, just very good at their job. The room was adequate.

Pros: Rooms are really nice and big, very clean, I like the curtains all the way across the end of the room Shower/bathroom is really nice - 3-spray showerhead There is a selection of pillows, and the comforter comes all the way up to my chin (as opposed to just my chest at other places) Beds are very comfortable. Great TV channels including HBOCons: No microwave in the room - have to go down near the front desk where there is the most traffic (not awesome when you're sick and trying to isolate) the toilet is so low! the shower handle/temp control almost twists all the way off - hard to get a good consistent water temp regular wifi can be pretty sluggish parking lot is around to the side making a longish walk for unpacking and repackingI booked using Hotwire and they way they do it must look weird on the hotel side, she almost charged me again. But overall, the front desk help was very helpful. There's no breakfast, but there is a hotel bar in the evenings and a starbucks set up in the mornings. I didn't use either.

Já faz um tempo desde que eu fiquei um Courtyard especificamente. No entanto, tenho ficado em alojamentos semelhantes e esta foi uma experiência visivelmente mais agradável. A comida do restaurante era legitimamente deliciosa (só tinha café da manhã e jantar). A equipe é calorosa e amigável.A academia era mais ampla do que qualquer outra que eu possa me lembrar. Pesos livres, aparelhos de musculação, cardio, tapetes de ioga, quadra de raquetebol.Fiquei um pouco surpreso que não havia um café-da-manhã continental de cortesia. No entanto, não foi grande coisa.

It's been a while since I have stayed a Courtyard specifically. However, I have stayed at similar lodgings and this has been a noticeably more pleasant experience. Free weights, weight machines, cardio, yoga mats, racket ball court. I was a little surprised there wasn't a complimentary Continental breakfast. However, it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel seems old and looks it, like it hasn’t been updated in a long time. The bistro is a nice option, but the service is very slow and they seem to get orders wrong or forget about them. It would be nice to have a simple continental breakfast for people who need to get going quickly. Overall, it’s fine, but I’ll likely be trying other options in the future.

I se hospedaram no Courtyard by Marriott Marlborough/Boston por cinco dias para o trabalho. Quando eu pedi toalhas e travesseiros extras eles foram entregues imediatamente. As pessoas que trabalham na recepção foram muito prestativas, especialmente Blake. Falei com ele por telefone antes de chegar e ele se lembrou da nossa conversa e se certificou de que tudo estava resolvido. Blake foi super atencioso, compreensivo e prestativo. Ele foi acima e além para mim como hóspede e me fez sentir mais relaxado durante a minha estadia. A localização é excelente, tudo o que você precisa está em uma das centenas de lojas/restaurantes a cinco minutos da estrada. O hotel tem um bar/restaurante com mesas ao ar livre e um Starbucks. A piscina era boa e a área da academia era enorme. O lobby é um ótimo local para sair se você tiver algum trabalho para colocar em dia com muitas mesas e cadeiras e tomadas. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente e recomendaria a outras pessoas que desejam ficar nesta área.

The people working the front desk were really helpful, especially Blake. I spoke with him on the phone before arriving and he remembered our conversation and made sure everything was taken care of. Blake was super accommodating, understanding and helpful. He went above and beyond for me as a guest and It made me feel more relaxed during my stay. The location is great, anything you need is at one of the hundreds of stores/restaurants five minutes down the road. The hotel has a bar/restaurant with outdoor seating and a Starbucks. The pool was nice and the gym area was huge. The lobby is a great spot to hang out if you have some work to catch up on with plenty of tables and chairs and outlets. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking to stay in this area.

Localização foi maravilhosa. Difícil dizer como me sinto sobre o serviço, pois com o check-in e o check-out móveis não nos envolvemos muito com a equipe. O aplicativo Bonvoy foi útil com certeza se você quisesse evitar conversar com outras pessoas, pois eu tinha uma chave móvel e não precisava ir à mesa quando chegamos às 22h. O nosso quarto era de bom tamanho e me senti confortável e limpo, era o que eu esperava de um Courtyard Marriott. A única irritação era que a janela não estava bem encaixada e, portanto, não fechava completamente, o que tornava o quarto bastante barulhento. O bistrô era um café da manhã fácil decente e a mulher no balcão era agradável.

The Bonvoy app was helpful for sure if you wanted to avoid talking to other people as I had a mobile key and didn't have to go to the desk at all when we arrived at 10pm. Our room was a good size and felt comfortable and clean, it was what I expected of a Courtyard Marriott. The only irritation was that the window wasn't sitting right and so it wouldn't close completely which made the room quite noisy. The bistro was a decent easy breakfast and the woman at the counter was pleasant.
