“I was really disappointed considering that this hotel was rated 4.2. I traveled from Florida to L.A. and arrived atv11 p.m., and we just wanted to sleep. However, the carpet in the hallways were very worn,and the carpet in the rooms were stained throughout (see pictures). I then requested another room, in which the chairs were stained and riped,as well as the carpet.SoI decided to get a refund and went to the Marriott in San Gabriel,which did not disappoint. This hotel is DEFINITELY in need of some updating! But on a high note, Felipe at check-in was very professional and pleasant. The manager was also pleasant and apologetic regarding my experience, and issued an immediate refund. And the hotel is in a great location, if you're in L.A. for fun and adventure. Fiquei muito decepcionado, considerando que este hotel foi classificado com 4,2. Viajei da Flórida para L.A. e cheguei às 23h, e só queríamos dormir. No entanto, o tapete nos corredores estava muito gasto, e o tapete nos quartos estava manchado por toda parte (ver fotos). Solicitei então outro quarto, no qual as cadeiras estavam manchadas e rasgadas, assim como o carpete. Então decidi pedir o reembolso e fui para o Marriott em San Gabriel, que não decepcionou. Este hotel é DEFINITIVAMENTE precisa de alguma atualização! Mas em uma nota alta, Felipe no check-in foi muito profissional e agradável. O gerente também foi agradável e pediu desculpas em relação à minha experiência e emitiu um reembolso imediato. E o hotel está em uma ótima localização, se você estiver em L.A. para diversão e aventura.”

“The front desk staff and other employees are really nice and doing the best they can however will never stay here again our room is disgusting. Stains on bed skirt, carpet and couch. This is not a housekeeping issue the bed skirt needs to be replaced and the carpet and couch need to be professionally steam cleaned.Beyond gross. In town for college move in and don’t have time to switch rooms let alone hotels. I would strongly recommend not staying here until this building is cleaned from top to bottom and rooms are in better condition.
