“The location is beautiful and the negative review is because of service and quality of food, hotel, and management. The food can best be described as a high school cafeteria quality. When problems arise management can be condescending at best. There were a few stars such as Sandra a member of the management team but every time she “fixed” something the service around making it better fell short. You’d think this is COVID related however they have 100% staff (true story) with 20% occupancy. (so think of it as having 5x the people to help but 1000x comfort in their job so they don’t try). Things were damaged by hotel staff at check in and it took 5 days for them to get around to fix it. If you didn’t “ask” for towel replenishment they’d take yours away and not bring more. Just very disappointing overall. The Hyatt and Hilton look phenomenal- check their prices out”

“We were scheduled to be there for 15 nights and we were so disappointed in food, alcohol and upkeep of property that we left after 3rd night. This place Blames EVERYTHING on Covid. The staff was Awesome and did great with what they had to deal with. We moved 3 resorts over and are very happy with our decision! They actually serve all meals here, no buffet. Not bashing anyone just so not for us.”
