“El hotel es espectacular.Las vistas y la ubicación increíble. Si buscas tranquilidad es el hotel PERFECTO. Los empleados son super educados y super amables. Coordinación perfecta. Todo impecable. Yo viajé sola y me trataron genial. El tipo de huesped es gente mayor y tranquila, no se oye ni un grito. Eternamente agradecida a todos, Paco, Ulises, Jose...y un largo etc de los cuales no recuerdo el nombre. Mil gracias. Ah y de precio mejor que muchos con menos estrellas. Volveré sin duda.”

Hemos pasado nuestra luna de miel en elhotel " Tres islas". Fuefantástico, inolvidable.Lo que másnos ha gustado ha sido elbuen trato de los empleados (son muy muy atentos)y paisaje estupendo que se ve desde la habitación. El hotel es muy limpio, pero necesita unareforma, la comida era correta, lasplayas sonmaravillosas! Por el precio que hemos pagado por "all inclusive " estamos super satisfechos, porque nos han cambiado de hotel por el mismo precio a causa del Covid. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo.Gracias ❤ Hasta luego!

El hotel en un lugar espectacular. Tiene acceso tanto a la derecha como a la izquierda a dos playas diferentes, una muy ventosa en la que ves a mucha gente haciendo windsurf y la otra con mas remanso de aire y con hamacas del hotel. Gran Arenal con arena blanca.En el interior del hotel tienes a parte de las zonas comunes una pequeña zona de tiendas, la recepción y la zona del restaurante.La zona del restaurante tiene una zona interior y otra exterior que da a las piscinas y el mar.En la parte que mira hacia el mar tiene una zona comun de dos piscinas grandes con un bar chiringuito en el centro....y todo rodeado de hamacas y cesped. Hay camareros dando servicio a las hamacas.En una zona cercana a la piscina hay unas canchas de tenis y un edificio con gimnasio y zona de spa, peluquería, masajes, etc.El desayuno tipo buffet muy bien, hay de todo y el personal te sirve el café en la mesa que puede ser interior o en la zona de terraza.La cena se hace en el mismo sitio...y a pesar de ser buffet la oferta de productos es amplia, con platos de la zona y bien cocinados...el personal de cocina lo sabe hacer bien, felicidades.Por la entrada principal hay una barrera que da acceso en coche con un gran parking gratuito para los clientes del hotel.Lo peor del hotel son los pasillos y las habitaciones se ve muy antiguo...necesita una reforma...hablamos de suelos de moqueta antigua, en las habitaciones paredes con pintura antigua tipo gotele, mobiliario de hace 15 años y camas no muy comodas, aun asi el baño puede pasar y es lo que mejor se encuentra de las habitaciones.Si tienes la suerte de tener una terraza, las vistas muy buenas, dejo fotos.La verdad es que si a este hotel le hiciesen una pequeña reforma cambiando suelos, pintura de habitaciones y mobiliario, podría ser perfectamente un hotel 5 estrellas sin ninguna duda.En la zona de la piscina de los niños, exteriormente hay un jacuzzi de agua caliente con vistas al mar que recomiendo.El personal del hotel, muy simpático, sin duda lo mejor.Puede ser que repita visita.

We had our returning flight at 17.55 from Fuerteventura and we said that we will take the lunch at the hotel...after 11 days of all inclusive we were asked to pay 25 eur/pers for this(check out need to be done until 11.00 o'clock), and believe me, 5 eur it is already to much for what they are offering. Some of staff is very friendly but unfortunately they don't care about people safety, for example the TÜV for elevator was(is) expired from June(now it is September), I showed them this...no reaction...it is normal.Also be very careful on what are you eating, avoid sea fruits and fish, this are full of plastic particles, I showed to them a few times and then I gave up, nothing happened.Too bad for the beautiful beach, but fortunately it does not belong to the hotel and you can use it even if you are not staying there.I recommend Fuerteventura, nice place, but I would avoid this hotel, there are much better ones.All this, during Corona times when, at least after my opinion, they should attract more people.

El primer día que llegamos vemos que la situación del hotel es magnífica. También hemos comprobado en estos primeros días que tienen un personal profesionaly eficaz,las instalaciones (jacuzzi, piscina, comedores) están muy bien, el gimnasio podría mejorar un pelín. Después de haber utilizado casi todos los servicios nos sigue sorprendiendo como han conseguido que nos sintamos como si no pasara nada (por lo del covid). Hoy hemos cenado otra vez en el restaurante krystal y hay que decir que el servicio y la cocina son de calidad, buena presentación, buenas elaboraciones, terminadas con gusto y por supuesto todo riquísimo, otra sorpresa añadida a las vacaciones en este hotel.Hoy hemos hecho un tour por la isla y nos han gestionado todo desde el mismo hotel, al igual que la vuelta a casa, por lo que darles la enhorabuena por las vacaciones que nos han hecho pasar, creo que el año que viene se han ganado con creces que repitamos con ellos, gracias.

Espectacular tanto las vistas como la ubicación. En cuanto al personal del hotel, sin comentarios, y digo sin comentarios porque cualquier cosa que diga siempre se va a quedar corta, buenísimo trato, amabilidad, siempre pendiente del cliente sin agobiar, he estado en muchos sitios y ninguno supera a éste en éste aspecto.Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, 28 metros cuadrados de habitación y aparte un baño grande e indicar que es una habitación normal nada de suite, no nada de eso, una doble con vistas al mar.Las vistas desde la habitación espectaculares, cualquier foto que se pueda hacer nunca hará justicia a lo que ves cuándo sales a la terraza por primera vez, te deja sin palabras, preciosas.No he visto nunca un hotel tan limpio y tan pendiente del cliente en todo momento.Cenamos en el restaurante Kristal que es otro servicio q presta el hotel además del buffet, que dicho sea de paso está fenomenal.Pedimos tartar de bacalao con aguacate y meloso de arroz con guiso de langosta, todo buenísimo de 10 y el postre de 20.Felicitaciones tanto al personal de cocina como al personal de sala por su atención.Recomendado coger todo incluido, hay cosas que no entrar como bebidas más específicas y marcas pero la carta de todo incluido es muy amplia y el desayuno, comida y cena es buffet por lo que la variedad es muy amplia.En mi caso, que no tomo ni lácteos ni carne, no he tenido ningún problema para realizar cualquiera de las comidas, me sirven leche de soja para desayunar y tienen margarina vegetal y mermeladas sin azúcar, además de todo tipo de panes.Me quedan todavía 4 días de hotel y no tengo nada más que dar las gracias a todo el personal por hacernos sentir tan bien en las circunstancias que estamos viviendo , no descuidando eso sí en ningún momento las medidas de seguridad pero haciendo que el cliente no se sienta agobiado por ello.

Muy recomendable.Hotel con un encanto especial, me han dado una habitación con unas vistas maravillosas.Iba a desconectar y cargarme de energía, y este hotel, ha hecho que lo consiga.Quiero dar las gracias a todo el personal del Hotel, por lo bien que me han tratado, cuando digo a todos, es a todos si exepciones.Pero quiero dar las gracias de forma especial a las camarer@s de piso,por tenerme siempre la habitación tan tan limpia, por su educación y el trato hacia mi persona.En general estoy muy feliz, de haber visitado este hotel, por primera vez.

Un hotel muy bonito, qué pena que está todo antiguo en las habitaciones. Las zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas y la playa espectacular. La comida en el bufet liber muy escasa y creo que tendrían que cambiar de cocinero, muy salada y poco apetecible. En resumen le doy 4 estrellas por su localización y por su belleza particular. El personal muy amable y simpáticos.

Es la cadena RIU, poco más que añadir, excepto que está en uno de los parajes más hermosos y con mayor seguridad del mundo. Vista excepcional hacia las dunas de corralejo, Isla de Lobos o la vecina Lanzarote, que puedes visitar rápidamente con los ferrys que las unen diariamente y a diferentes horarios. Actualmente trabajando "a medio gas" por el problema del dichoso COVID19 pero un personal afianzado y que ha crecido en ese hotel.

Hotel visitado en el año 2013, ubicado en el Parque de las Dunas de Corralejo en un entorno privilegiado rodeado de dunas y playas paradisiacas en donde poder practicar entre otros Kitesurft , Surf o cualquier otro deporte de este ámbito.Este Hotel tiene salida directa ambas playas, cuenta con espectaculares vistas a las islas de Lobos y de Lanzarote; con habitaciones elegantes y confortables aunque un poco anticuadaspendiente de que la cadena RIU lo incluya dentro de sus planes de reforma, dispone de un bar y un restaurante, que atienden a las necesidades gastronómicas de los visitantes.En el tema de la restauración nada que objetar, calidad y variedad de la comida en el buffet y el personal atento y agradable en todo momento. Te sientes como en casa.El centro turístico de Corralejo está a solo 5 km en donde existe gran cantidad de tiendas, un gran mercadillo, parque acuático, restaurantes, pub´sy como no mucho ambiente.Ecuación: Profesionalidad + Calidad = Garantía de éxito asegurada

Great place.The hotel is old but in a very good 'shape'. Everything is clean, nothing is broken, staff is friendly. Food is mostly very good, but choice for vegetarians is rather limited - however, there's always fish and sea fruits.Almost the best about it is its location. Long beaches, only one other hotel, dunes around it for like 8km, and a clean ocean.PS: it's January now, and it looks like almost all guests are 60+.

Para empezar está construido dentro de un espacio natural protegido. El excesivo uso de agua para regar césped, sí césped encima de dunas de arena, ha originado que alrededor de los jardines de acceso se hayan desarrollado matas de arbustos que impiden el normal tránsito de arena de un ecosistema de dunas.Se puede observar en el transformador que hay en la carretera, no hace muchos años, 10 a penas, se cubría de arena y las máquinas debían retirarla cada par de mesesAhora el panorama entre los dos hoteles es desolador, sólo hay que ver las fotosEn fin, un negocio para unos pocos a costa del patrimonio natural de todos

Just love it! Stayed a few timesRight on the beach, which can be very windy-it's Fuerteventura,it's always windy! Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent food, you have a table allocated to you for your whole stay for evening meals. Lovely friendly staff,so helpful. Try the fusion restaurant for something different. Outside bars are great, again really good food and great staff.

Very good hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Food is okay. It's close to (right between) two perfect beaches. You have to take a bus to the nearest town. You can book activities like kitesurfing or a trip around the island inside the hotel. But you don't have to go far. The beach and nature reserve just outside of the hotel are enough to relax and enjoy for a few days. The only negative thing is, there is no gym in the hotel. There's just a small room with some treadmills etc. but not even a bench press.

First of all: We really enjoyed our stay here!Big thanks to all that friendly staff, wich helped everywhere they could. The two Beaches are absolutely stunning and the main reason why we came here. Even if the hotel is not the youngest, it's in a very good shape and more than clean. The pool area really did its job. Breakfast and dinner provides you with a good variety of food, only thing i wished were more options for vegetarians. Especially for dinner. Really loved all that fruit in the morning, so can't say a bad thing about breakfast. The waiters always payed attention and really put their hearts and souls into their work.Lots of reviews complain about a too high average age in guests, but we as a young couple can't confirm that.The rooms are a little bit frumpy, but after a while we really got used to it.Only thing we didn't got used to, were the rolling beds. I mean seriously, that's like the most couple unfriendly thing ever. No cuddling without rolling. A double bed would be much better than two single beds on wheels. But in the end, that really is the only matter i can complain about.Special thanks to all that staff wich helped making my girlfriends birthday as special as it was.5/5 Stars, you will definitely enjoy your time in this paradise like place :-)

Un hotel estupendo, sin duda volveremos a repetir. La comida buenísima, la atención muy bien!!! Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, falla el tema de las duchas, nuestra habitación tenía bañera y una cortina para que no saliera el agua, pero el agua salía y se llenaba el lavabo de agua. El restaurante crystal del hotel muy muy bien, nos encantó y pudimos ir dos noches a cenar. La animación de la noche muy bien.

Well what can we say this hotel should be 5***** the hotel is imaculate, it is beautifully designed, all the staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was full of choice and cooked well couldn't find fault with any of it. We congratulate the manager for running a very clean and happy environment which made our stay more relaxed.I would like to recommend maybe some background music around the pool area, not radio but a relaxing ambiance, only if possible though. We go to different hotels each year but this one will be very hard to beat, CONGRATULATIONS. M & J room 226

Wonderful hotel, comfortable, clean rooms, attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful beach directly at the hotel's doorstep and a vast (beautiful) desert/wasteland to the other side. The prices are decent and the food is great (we had breakfast and dinner buffet included) with a wide selection catering to various kinds of preferences, loved it! There is a supermarket nearby that is very well stocked and very decently priced. I can happily recommend this hotel, especially in December there seem to be few guests, making the experience all the more pleasant.

Great hotel and location. Staff don't change and they are very friendly yet professional. Any new staff are young and learning the ropes from those who have tenure.Be prepared for a daily visit to your room by the mini bar staff. And you won't know what time of day it will be. It is an inconvenience placed on the guest. The only way to avoid an interruption is to have the mini bar items removed.I wish I was informed by reception this was an option. Also look at your billing carefully when checking out. Some rogue guest or an outsider will apply your room number after they have consumed food and drink. Keep any receipts for verification.

I‘m wondering about some ratings in here. This house is the first all over Fuerteventura. Normaly worth 5 star. It‘s located in a nature park. Five star first and friendly first level service. First room class. It’s Not old, it’s traditionell original inside. This is Fuerteventura pur. The meals are superb. The surounding is clear water, fine sandy beach. But silent.!! No motor racing, no Banana Boats, no big adventure attraktions. It‘s a nature area. It’s great. Be inside and enjouy the perfect stile of Riu Palace in Fuerteventura. Do not complain, be glad that you have the honor to be a guest in this house

Hotel is little bit old but still high ended,have a great location and wiev.Full of older people.Highly recommend for familys which parents want to make kite and stay in a hotel- spots with sandy beaches are really close to hotel.But they don't have a heating in coldest months.No sauna there.Food is good and service is really on high level.

Magnifico hotel en Las Dunas de Corralejo, frente a la isla de Lobos. Con diseño de uno de los grandes arquitectos españoles del siglo XX, Miguel Fisac, intentando integrarse en el paisaje dunar. Aislado de todo, salvo del feo Oliva Beach. Muy bien mantenido por Riu.Alrededores de kilometros de playa dunar. Algo lejos de todo, pero no demasiado. Las aglomeraciones de Corralejo estan a pocos kilometros, sea en coche o, con buenas piernas, caminando por la arena.Espectacular para unos dias de descanso.La atencion, bastante buena. Por su situación y la calidad de sus servicios suele estar lleno y es un hotel grande. Lo notaremos especialmente en el restaurante y zonas de piscinas. No obstante, la labor de la gente de Riu es buena y en general mantiene bien la corrección del desarrollo de los servicios en los distintos espacios.El restaurante es buen ejemplo de ello. La calidad de lo que ofrece, la labor de los cocineros en vivo y atencion del personal,la preparacion de las mesas. Un ejemplo para los establecimientos similares.Las habitaciones, limpias, cuidadas. No demasiado grandes como correspondia a la epoca de construccion. Las terracitas, pequeñas pero parte del magnifico diseño citado, con mas intimidad de lo habitual. No tienen luces de posicion nocturna, por fortuna, por su ubicacion en el paraje natural. Buenas vistas.En resumen, magnifico lugar para desconectar los dias que se pueda, alojados en una construccion de un clasico español, bien atendida por sus gestores.

Thank goodness standards are being maintained somewhere in the world! My lady friend and I were blown away by the incredible Riu Tres Islas when we visited a few years ago and so we decided to stay there again in September 2017.We were apprehensive lest it should not live up to our high expectations, but need not have worried. It proved to be better than ever.The hotel is immaculate, the food out of this world and the staff so friendly, helpful and approachable that one felt like a returning member of a large, convivial family. Indeed many of the staff, including the wonderful and super-efficient Susanna on Reception, have been there forin excess of 30 years.The Riu Hotel Group is a shining, and very rare example, of the desirable face of capitalism. That brother Luis and sister Carmen can run such a successful, happy and profitable multi-national hotel empire, whilst bringing so much pleasure to so many people is indeed a rare achievement in this increasingly selfish world. What a shame that people of such ability are not tempted into international politics!Go and stay at a Riu Hotel and you will swear that you have died and been transported to Heaven.

No, seriously amazing.From friendly staff, private beaches which the hotel is literally built on - to the bars and pools.The sea is wonderful, never have we had more fun in the sea, swimming, filming, snorkeling (which by the way you have hotel shops to purchase most fun bits like this, for decent money) clear blue water amazing waves, views...infact we felt like kids again due to only having left the sea occasionally once our hands and feet had shriveled enough to make us go "ermm time for a sunbathing session now"Can't go wrong with this resort, you will be treated like royalty.Max & Katie

Perfect location by the beach, and staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner are tasty enough with ample choice for vegetarians. There is a small fridge in the room for the minibar. However, the rooms really, really need updating - the beds are hard and worn out, the carpet looks dirty, and the old wooden furniture are making the room feel cluttered. The rooms which provide access for disabled people are impossible to shower in without flooding the whole floor...which means it's then unusable until it dries. Overall, people are working hard and are doing a great job, just wish the beds were more comfortable and the rooms a bit lighter in color and with less bulky furniture.

All around a very good place. Half-board so no lunch, but the selection of food for breakfast and dinner will keep you full enough so you don't need it. Most importantly, the beach is fantastic - soft, cool sand that stretches for miles (and surrounds) the hotel with a nice breeze to keep you from feeling too hot (we were there in the summer with temperatures around 25C). Additionally, there is sport shop not too far from the hotel where you can rent wind/kite/standard-surfing and other water sport's gear.

The location of the hotel is ideal of you want to have a relaxing holiday,however if you are more into activities and attractions, a majority of them are on the southern part of the island shock is about one and a half hour drive. There are quite a few activities nearby as well though.The rooms and services are mostly top notch, as you'd expect from a 4 star, but you can feel the limitations of you've been to a 5 star before.There's no doubt you would have a wonderful time if you decide to stay here!

The hotel is great, food is of highest quality, staff are very helpful. It’s basically on a Natural Park, the beach goes on for miles, almost like a white sand Caribbean beach. If you don’t mind staying in hotel and wandering along beach it’s ideal. If you want to walk out to other bars n restaurants it’s probably not for you.

Beautiful sandy beach, umbrellas and sunbeds for rent. Not too crowded as it's not in the center. Good place to bring your kids also. A convenience store a few steps away if you find the prices of the beach bar too expensive. Corallejo National Park and the Dunes are a 5 minutes ride from here. Recommended.

It's a good place where visit the island from. It has a big and nice swimming pool and a very interesting spa zone. Lots of cocktails and drinks at outdoor bar. just 10 meters from the beach and with a huge private parking. A very beautyful hall and a very nice crew.

The food is good but they need a non buffet restaurant. There are too many people with small children. The drinks are really good and they are literally on tap. The setting is really nice (on the edge of a dessert) and the staff have a really good atmosphere as they are always happy to help.
