“Everything was fine until we moved rooms and right after I called to tell them my speaker that was $200 was left in the room and they told me they would call housekeeping and get back to me in the morning. I was called 4 times the next day and by that time they said my speaker was gone and someone else was staying in that room . The housekeeper had to see my speaker and must of taken it. They did not offer to reimburse me and will not be staying here again. Not pleased at all”

“My husband and I have planned this trip for almost two years. I'm the prudent one. He likes to spend. Staying in an over the water bungalow had always been on his bucket list. We already had a place we were staying, but since it was so inexpensive ($680/week) we decided to see if we could get an over the water bungalow for two nights. Sofitel did not disappoint. I never thought it would be that big of a deal. The room was gorgeous!!!! Freshly remodeled. Big shower, tub, dual sinks, balcony, bottle of champagne, free drinks in the fridge. We were blown away. We had a very happy stay. Wish it was longer.”
