“Have stayed quite a few times. Rooms nice and clean, food is excellent. Always find service at the bar and waiting team very slow. Normally staff very friendly however terrible experience last night. All staff except one young lady (who was superb) were utterly miserable, and unfriendly including the guy in charge, very disappointing. Unlikely to return.”

“Excellent hotel and great value for money. Great location for getting in to the city by tram/train. The bed was really comfy, and the breakfast in the morning was superb. I did manage to use the gym downstairs, it is small, and the equipment is quite old, but it works perfectly fine so no issues there!! My new favourite hotel in edinburgh.”
