Overall acceptable. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The reason only three stars is a few things that put me off in terms of quality. The room was very large, but the furniture was all tiny, and sparse. The TV was super tiny, too far away for the bed, and could not be moved or turned as it was bolted down. The spa tub was nice, all jets worked and it was clean, but the ceiling over it was downright scary, clearly there had been a leak in the room above, but my 5 year old nephew could have done a batter patch job than what they did (not exaggerating). Also, windows were NOT sound proof at all, between the seagulls and passing cars, woke up bright and early.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good, parking was covered. No complaints, would highly recommend.

Eu não fiquei no hotel, mas minha irmã conseguiu um emprego lá e recentemente descobrimos que minha mãe tem câncer de pulmão. Ela agora está passando por quimioterapia e radioterapia. Eu moro fora do estado, então minha irmã é a única que pode cuidar dela e ela foi demitida porque estava demorando muito para cuidar de minha mãe, que tem câncer, eu poderia entender dando-lhe um licença, mas em vez de despedi-la. Eu nunca vou ficar em um desses hotéis

Era muito confortável. Um pouco difícil de encontrar e a necessidade de pinturas atualizadas sobre as setas de direção de estacionamento eram minhas únicas preocupações. Excelente equipe e quartos confortáveis! Obrigado!

Lugar decente… funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. O lugar é um pouco antiquado, mas é limpo e a equipe estava na bola - o que não foi o caso com propriedades Marriott em que fiquei este ano ... a franquia caiu um pouco ... eles estão usando COVID como um motivo para fazer esforço zero ... este lugar não caiu nessa armadilha ... fazendo o seu melhor com as limitações que todos reconhecemos agora. Certifique-se de ir até El Balcon ao virar da esquina daqui ... restaurante incrível ... comi lá todas as noites em que estive lá

Decent place … friendly helpful staff. The place is a little dated, but it is clean and the staff was in the ball - which has not been the case with Marriott properties I’ve stayed at this year … the franchise has slipped a little… they are using COVID as a reason to make zero effort… this place did not fall into that trap … doing their best with the limitations we all recognize right now. Make sure you hit El Balcon around the corner from here … awesome restaurant … ate there every night I was there

I didn't stay at the hotel but my sister had gotten a job there and recently we found out my mother has lung cancer. She is now undergoing chemo and radiation I live out of state so my sister is the only one who can take care of her and she got fired because she was taking to much time taking care of my mom who has cancer I could understand giving her a leave of absence but instead firing her. I will never stay at one of these hotels

Lugar decente ... personal amable y servicial. El lugar está un poco anticuado, pero está limpio y el personal estaba concentrado, lo que no ha sido el caso de las propiedades de Marriott en las que me he alojado este año ... la franquicia se ha deslizado un poco ... están usando COVID como una razón hacer cero esfuerzo… este lugar no cayó en esa trampa… haciendo todo lo posible con las limitaciones que todos reconocemos en este momento. Asegúrate de llegar a El Balcón a la vuelta de la esquina desde aquí ... restaurante increíble ... comí allí todas las noches que estuve allí

Fue muy cómodo. Un poco difícil de encontrar y la necesidad de pintura actualizada en las flechas de dirección de estacionamiento fueron mis únicas preocupaciones. Excelente personal y habitaciones cómodas. ¡Gracias!

Não é um hotel ruim. Não muito bem. Os quartos têm um layout meio estranho. Os banheiros são muito grandes ou são todos construídos para cadeiras de rodas, talvez. As TVs são conectadas às cômodas para que você não possa direcioná-las para o local de trabalho para fazer algum trabalho com o laptop. Nunca tome café suficiente pela manhã, sempre acabando. Pelo menos um café da manhã decente quente está lá novamente. A construção na rua continua, mas parece ter se acalmado um pouco. O caminhão de lixo mais barulhento do mundo visita a cada 2 ou 3 dias, então espero que você não esteja no lado sul do hotel.

Not a bad hotel.Not great either.Rooms are sort of an odd layout. Bathrooms too big or they are all built for wheelchairs maybe. TVs are attached to dressers so you can not turn them towards the work place to get some laptop work done.Never have enough coffee in the morning, always running out. At least a decent hot breakfast is there again. Construction down the street continues but seems to have quieteddown a little. Worlds loudest garbage truck visits every 2 or 3 days so hope you aren't on the south sideside of hotel.

No es un mal hotel. Tampoco es genial. Las habitaciones tienen una distribución extraña. Los baños son demasiado grandes o quizás todos están diseñados para sillas de ruedas. Los televisores están conectados a los tocadores, por lo que no puede girarlos hacia el lugar de trabajo para trabajar con la computadora portátil. Nunca tomo suficiente café por la mañana, siempre se acaba. Al menos un desayuno caliente decente está allí de nuevo. La construcción en la calle continúa, pero parece que se ha calmado un poco. El camión de basura más ruidoso del mundo visita cada 2 o 3 días, así que espero no estar en el lado sur del hotel.

Horrible service- I’ve never spent so much money on a room and been treated so poorly. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again- I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Get new management! I will for sure be a Hilton guest from now on. I know I’m appreciated when I spend $$$$ At Hilton hotels.
