“Very courteous staff, helpful and ready to assist if you had any questions about the city. Due to the Covid there were some services we couldn't access but that was expected of course... The room was immaculate and comfortably furnished. No complaints!”

“Covid aside very disappointing experience. Valet parking all but required, at $40 a vehicle, fourteen floor hotel yet elevator skips 4 through 13?, water view..perhaps a thin slice, in room dining necessary due to covid $94 for two sandwiches, a $9 bottle of water $4 coke in a can and a lump of something chocolate..all served in cardboard boxes, literally one ply toilet paper, rooms old..not character old..just old. This is not what I expect from a so called 5 star hotel!”
