“Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a doorman and drinks while checking in. The view thru the windows are fantastic, the panoramic "hilly" city and on a clear day you can spot a volcano behind the high mountain peaks of the Andes. Breakfast is a must, the variety of choices and local delicacies makes this place unique. Room service is so so, pricey in my opinion. Food in general is cheap around Quito, there is no reason for excessive room service price.”

“Very nice Hotel that is really caring for customers.
Got a free Upgrade and late checkout. Spotless clean and large rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast is the only thing that not convinced us fully. The staff was not as friendly at breakfast and we told the hotel in advance that my wife is gluten intolerant but the only gluten free option apart from rice was dry yuca bread which was not available all the time.
A Hotel of that class can do better with special diatary needs.
But overall this is complaining on a very High Level.”
