“I didn't actually get to stay in the hotel because my trip was canceled due to covid. So I can't rate the room. But im giving a low rating because my customer service experience was poor. I canceled my reservation 3 weeks ahead of time but it never showed a refund on my credit card statement. So I called there and the guy said to me "there it's refunded" n hung up on me!”
