Definitely have a lot of improvements to make. The room I was in was still in construction and had multiple light fixtures and things missing. The room is was clean but the bathroom was not in the best condition. Also, I tried for an early check in and we were told that they were busy but the parking lot was basically empty. They did agree to do late check out but then locked us out of room right at check out. Very bad communication and service. Will not stay here again for the price and quality, can get something very similar closer into town and with less issues. Also, this good be good or bad depending on who you are but there are a lot of kids here and it’s very loud at all times. Com certeza tem muitas melhorias a fazer. A sala em que eu estava ainda estava em construção e tinha várias luminárias e coisas faltando. O quarto era limpo, mas o banheiro não estava nas melhores condições. Além disso, tentei fazer um check-in antecipado e fomos informados de que eles estavam ocupados, mas o estacionamento estava basicamente vazio. Eles concordaram em fazer check-out tardio, mas nos trancaram fora do quarto logo no check-out. Comunicação e serviço muito ruim. Não vou ficar aqui novamente pelo preço e qualidade, pode conseguir algo muito semelhante mais perto da cidade e com menos problemas. Além disso, isso pode ser bom ou ruim, dependendo de quem você é, mas há muitas crianças aqui e é muito barulhento o tempo todo.

So why the 1.25 star deduction?Only one reason...the pillows. We had 6 of them thankfully and I needed all 3 of mine to get any kind of fluff or softness. They are way too thin and not comfortable. That was really my only real complaint. Eu daria um 3,75. Quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo. Na verdade, a equipe de limpeza aqui estava constantemente visível e trabalhando duro. Todos os funcionários que encontrei foram simpáticos e prestativos. Restaurante é escasso, mas a comida era boa. O barman Edward foi muito gentil e me fez talvez a melhor moda antiga que já tive. Bom trabalho Eduardo! Então, por que a dedução de 1,25 estrelas? Apenas uma razão... os travesseiros. Felizmente, tínhamos 6 deles e eu precisava de todos os meus 3 para obter qualquer tipo de penugem ou maciez. Eles são muito finos e não são confortáveis. Essa foi realmente a minha única reclamação real.

Mal posso esperar para ver o produto final na próxima vez que estiver na cidade. Meu quarto não foi reformado, mas ainda é bom. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Comeu o Queijo Grelhado com Bisque de Tomate no restaurante. Você não quer perder isso!

Had the Grilled Cheese with Tomato Bisque in the restaurant. You dont want to miss that! ¡Gran hotel! Parece que están haciendo una gran renovación. Do not go by the pictures posted. We booked a room with the same impression of nice looking rooms. What they gave us was a totally run down room in the back of the building. It’s not at all in a stay able condition. It’s junkyard and all we could smell was weed. We did address this to issues to the manager and he responded that there was nothing he could help us with. We would have left if we weren’t too tired from the 14 mile hike earlier that day. We actually saw another couple leave in front of us. Seems like hotel is a complete run down property and needs big time renovations. I do not recommend this hotel at any cost. We had good expectations from the photos posted on the website and so we paid $300 for a night and were highly disappointed. Não vá pelas fotos postadas. Reservamos um quarto com a mesma impressão de quartos bonitos. O que eles nos deram foi um quarto totalmente degradado na parte de trás do prédio. Não está em condições de permanência. É um ferro-velho e tudo o que podíamos sentir era o cheiro de maconha. Resolvemos isso para o gerente e ele respondeu que não havia nada que ele pudesse nos ajudar. Teríamos saído se não estivéssemos muito cansados da caminhada de 14 milhas mais cedo naquele dia. Na verdade, vimos outro casal sair na nossa frente. Parece que o hotel é uma propriedade completa e precisa de grandes reformas. Não recomendo este hotel a qualquer custo. Tínhamos boas expectativas pelas fotos postadas no site e por isso pagamos US $ 300 por uma noite e ficamos muito desapontados.

The location is fine, the reception area is tidy, and the staff is polite. The hotel property, however, is in disrepair, and the result is rather sad. It was cheaply furnished, and that cheap furniture is now dated, broken, peeling, and covered with evidence of other guests. The floors and carpet are filthy and worn, and the ground floor rooms are inexplicably damp in a relatively dry climate, which is, I assume, the source of the place's unpleasant odor. The windows cannot be opened, the window unit air conditioners are in grave need of service, and the moldy bathrooms adorned with assorted body hair from previous occupants will make you want to shower elsewhere. The WiFi is spotty or nonexistent, and the prices are exorbitant because it's a tourist town and those unfortunate souls who reserved a room here will not find a vacancy elsewhere. Simple, no-frills, efficient... These are the things marketing is trying to evoke. This place is none of those. A localização é boa, a área da recepção é arrumada e a equipe é educada. The price on both rooms were the same yet the pet room had clearly not been renovated and smelled. It lacked the amenities of the other room such as a keurig coffee maker. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. This is our second stay and we’re planning to stay again in September however will be looking for other accommodations. I feel that if your going to charge the same price for a non pet or pet room they should be equal in cleanliness, updated and have the same amenities. They also do not provide breakfast and the on-site restaurant is not open for breakfast either. Inicialmente, fizemos o check-in e nos foi dado um quarto não pet. Foi reformado e ficou muito bom. Fomos então transferidos para um quarto para animais de estimação que não havia sido reformado. O preço de ambos os quartos era o mesmo, mas o quarto para animais de estimação claramente não havia sido renovado e cheirava. Faltou as comodidades do outro quarto, como uma cafeteira keurig. As camas eram extremamente duras e desconfortáveis. Esta é a nossa segunda estadia e estamos planejando ficar novamente em setembro, mas procuraremos outras acomodações. Lo habían renovado y era muy agradable. Luego nos trasladaron a una habitación para mascotas que no había sido renovada. El precio en ambas habitaciones era el mismo, pero la habitación para mascotas claramente no había sido renovada ni olía. Carecía de las comodidades de la otra habitación, como una cafetera Keurig. What a great hotel! 🤩 This was my first stay at The Ridgeline Hotel and I will definitely book here in the future. The staff was friendly and efficient, from the front desk to the catering and housekeeping crews. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable! My only complaint was the noise that was easily heard from outside, hallways and other rooms. However, it wasn't anything a little white noise (or TV) couldn't fix. There are plenty of amenities here to keep the whole family entertained all in one place. Anything else you might need is within a short drive, including beautiful scenery and great food! O que um ótimo hotel! 🤩 Esta foi a minha primeira estadia no The Ridgeline Hotel e com certeza vou reservar aqui no futuro. A equipe foi amigável e eficiente, desde a recepção até as equipes de catering e arrumação. Os quartos são amplos, limpos e confortáveis! Minha única reclamação foi o barulho que era facilmente ouvido do lado de fora, corredores e outros quartos. No entanto, não era nada que um pequeno ruído branco (ou TV) não pudesse consertar. Há muitas comodidades aqui para manter toda a família entretida em um só lugar. Qualquer outra coisa que você possa precisar está a uma curta distância, incluindo belas paisagens e boa comida!

There are plenty of amenities here to keep the whole family entertained all in one place. Anything else you might need is within a short drive, including beautiful scenery and great food! ¡Qué gran hotel! 🤩 Esta fue mi primera estadía en The Ridgeline Hotel y definitivamente reservaré aquí en el futuro. El personal era amable y eficiente, desde la recepción hasta el personal de catering y limpieza. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y cómodas. Mi única queja fue el ruido que se escuchaba fácilmente desde el exterior, los pasillos y otras habitaciones. Sin embargo, no había nada que un poco de ruido blanco (o TV) no pudiera arreglar. The light was out at the entrance to the building and once insidethere is no elevator. Dragged our luggage up the dark stairwell. Key swipe did not work.Room had a parking lot view. Not sure how this town allows no elevators.Went to front desk and demanded our 3 night paid reservation back. Went to the Quality Inn and got a bigger room with a balcony looking at the mountains for less money. Stay away from the Ridgeline Hotel, it is a dump with no elevators, parking lot views and bad attitude employees.

Not sure how this town allows no elevators. Went to front desk and demanded our 3 night paid reservation back. Went to the Quality Inn and got a bigger room with a balcony looking at the mountains for less money. Stay away from the Ridgeline Hotel, it is a dump with no elevators, parking lot views and bad attitude employees.

Esteja atento ao horário de check-in - 16h00. estrito. Reservei um casamento com meses de antecedência e liguei algumas vezes para saber se conseguia chegar uma hora antes do check in para me preparar (15h é muito razoável). Disseram-me para perguntar pessoalmente e ver se um quarto estava pronto. Isso foi negado e fui forçado a me trocar e me arrumar no estacionamento. O check-out foi um prompt 11 da manhã. Esta não é uma acomodação barata e ter apenas o quarto por um absoluto MÁXIMO a partir das 16h. às 11 da manhã com flexibilidade zero é desagradável para dizer o mínimo. As acomodações são agradáveis, mas muito caro. Pessoal estava bem.

Esté muy atento a la hora de registro - 4 p.m. estricto. Reservé con meses de anticipación para una boda y llamé varias veces para ver si podía llegar una hora antes de la hora de registro para prepararme (las 3 p.m. es muy razonable). Me dijeron que preguntara en persona para ver si había una habitación lista. Esto fue negado y me vi obligado a cambiarme y prepararme en el estacionamiento. La salida fue puntual a las 11 am. Este no es un alojamiento barato, y solo tener espacio para un MÁXIMO absoluto a partir de las 4 p.m. a las 11 a.m. con cero flexibilidad es, por decir lo mínimo, descontento. Los alojamientos son agradables pero caros. El personal estuvo bien.

Be very aware of check in time - 4 p.m. strict. Booked months in advance for a wedding and called a few times to see if I could get in an hour before check in time to prepare (3 p.m. is very reasonable). I was told to ask in person and see if a room was ready. This was denied and I was forced to change and get ready in the parking lot. Check out was a prompt 11 am. This is not a cheap accommodation, and to only have the room for an absolute MAXIMUM from 4p.m. to 11 a.m. with zero flexibility is disgruntling to say the least. The accommodations are nice but overpriced. Staff was fine.

Eu recomendaria este hotel é muito limpo e confortável, as camas são incríveis e há muitas atividades, comodidades para as crianças, não temos nossos filhos, todos são adultos, mas para quem faz isso é um lugar para ir no Colorado ou mesmo se você estiver visitando o Colorado, este hotel é o hotel para onde você deve ir se você for um Estes Park apenas um pouco desapontado por eles não terem micro-ondas nos quartos, você tem que ir até o lobby para usá-lo, o que é normal não é nada demais, mas quando você está cansado e há zilhões de pessoas na fila, você tem que esperar para comer sua comida, mas fora isso a equipe é muito útil, mas nosso telefone em nosso quarto não funcionou e o cara da manutenção disse que eles tinham para relatar muitos deles antes que pudessem consertar o nosso porque o cara é de Denver Colorado, então isso foi decepcionante também porque tivemos que caminhar todo o caminho até o escritório para que eles soubessem se precisávamos de alguma coisa, em vez de apenas ligar, exceto que eu definitivamente voltaria uma coisa Eu não fiquei muito feliz com o fato de ter pedido um andar superior e eles acabaram nos dando um andar inferior, então pedimos para trocar de quarto e eles disseram que estavam reservados, então certifique-se de que suas reservas estejam intactas e diga a eles em a recepção quando você chegar lá novamente, obrigado a todos os funcionários que você tem sido incrível

Recomendaría este hotel, está muy limpio y cómodo, las camas son increíbles y hay muchas actividades, comodidades para los niños, no tenemos nuestros hijos, todos son adultos, pero para las personas que lo hacen, este es un lugar al que ir si estás en Colorado o incluso si está visitando Colorado, este hotel es el hotel al que debe ir si está un poco decepcionado en Estes Park, no tienen microondas en las habitaciones, debe salir al vestíbulo para usarlo, lo cual está bien no es gran cosa, pero cuando estás cansado y hay miles de millones de personas haciendo cola, tienes que esperar para comer tu comida, pero aparte de eso, el personal es genial, muy útil, pero nuestro teléfono en nuestra habitación no funcionaba y el encargado de mantenimiento dijo que tenían para informar a muchos de ellos antes de que pudieran arreglar el nuestro porque el tipo viene de Denver Colorado, así que eso también fue decepcionante porque tuvimos que caminar hasta la oficina para hacerles saber si necesitamos algo en lugar de simplemente llamar, pero aparte de que definitivamente volvería una cosa No estaba realmente contento con si pedí un piso superior y terminaron dándonos un piso inferior, luego pedimos cambiar de habitación y dijeron que estaban reservadas, así que asegúrese de tener sus reservas intactas y asegúrese de informarles al la recepción cuando llegues de nuevo, gracias a todo el personal, has sido increíble

We enjoyed our stay. Location and amenities are great. Note that not all rooms have elevator access, so it may help calling them ahead if elevator is needed. Also some rooms don't have microwave oven, so have to call front desk to have them provide microwave to room.

Likely a great place to stay with kids. There’s an indoor pool PACKED with kids, a game room, and a shuffleboard table. The restaurant and bar area are chaotic and loud. It rained on our night there so we didn’t get to take advantage of the fire pits and s’mores. Our room was pretty small but okay. Would recommend for families, not as much for couples.

I would recommend this hotel it's very clean and comfortable the beds are amazing and there's lots of activities amenities for the children we don't have our kids they're all grown but for people who do this is a place to go if you're in Colorado or even if you're visiting Colorado this hotel is the hotel to go to if you're an Estes Park just a little disappointed they have no microwaves in the rooms you have to go out to the lobby to use it which is okay no biggie but when you're tired and there's gazillion people standing in line you have to wait to eat your food but other than that the staff is great very helpful but our phone in our room did not work and the maintenance guy said that they had to report a lot of them before they could fix ours because the guy comes from Denver Colorado so that was disappointing as well cuz we had to walk all the way to the office to let them know if we need anything instead of just calling but other than that I would definitely come again one thing I was not real happy with is I asked for a top floor and they ended up giving us a bottom floor then we asked to change rooms and they said they were booked so just make sure you got your reservations intact and make sure you tell them at the front desk when you get there again thank you to all the staff you've been amazing
