O próprio hotel foi além incrível, muito limpo e a noite recepção pessoa foi tão útil. Nós visitamos Hilton head pelo menos uma vez por ano para nossos aniversários ou aniversários, e sempre ficar no Sonesta, mas reservei este hotel porque eu amei a lareira. Nós nos divertimos muito até que outro convidado começou a chutar nossa porta, nos chamando de palavra "N" e fazendo ameaças. Tivemos que chamar a polícia novamente, o cara da recepção era ótimo e estava disposto a ajudar de qualquer maneira que ela pudesse, o gerente geral, por outro lado, foi muito rude e nos disse que o cara tinha sido removido do hotel e que nada mais poderia ser feito para acomodar a experiência horrível que acabamos de encontrar. Uma vez tentando entrar em contato com ela, ela me enviou a mensagem mais rude e me disse para tentar aproveitar o resto da nossa estadia da melhor maneira que pudéssemos. HORRÍVEL QUASE ARRUINOU NOSSO FIM DE SEMANA DE ANIVERSÁRIO, ONDE MEU MARIDO ESTAVA PRONTO PARA SAIR CEDO E VOLTAR PARA CASA APÓS ESTE WSA TRABALHADO DE FORMA TÃO HORRÍVEL. Procure contratar um novo gerente ou treine os que você precisa para ter um melhor atendimento ao cliente. Também deveríamos ter uma reunião com o gerente do turno diurno e com o gerente geral na manhã seguinte e eles nunca apareceram.

The hotel itself was beyond amazing, very clean and the night front desk person was so helpful. We visit Hilton head at least once a year for our birthdays or anniversar, and always stay at Sonesta but I booked this hotel because I loved the fireplace. We had a great time until another guest starting kicking our door calling us the "N" word and making threats. We had to call the police again the guy at the front desk was great and was willing to help anyway her could, the general manager on the other hand was very rude and told us the guy had been removed from the hotel and that nothing else could be done to accommodate the horrible experience we had just encounter. Once trying to reach back out to her she sent me the most rude text, and told me to try to enjoy the rest of our stay the best way we could. JUST HORRIBLE ALMOST RUINED OUR BIRTHDAY WEEKEND, WHEREAS MY HUSBAND WAS READY TO LEAVE EARLY AND GO BACK HOME AFTER THIS WSA HANDLED IN SUCH A AWFUL WAY. Look into getting a new manager or train the ones you have to have better customer service. We also were suppose to have a meeting with the day shift manager as well as the general manager the next morning and they never showed.

Roomy, comfortable, clean, fully stocked we loved it. Friendly staff easy check-in we will return.

Hotel muito bom. Tínhamos reservado a suíte king. Muito espaçoso e limpo. Tudo está atualizado. O chuveiro era bom e quente e espaçoso. Muito perto da praia, mercearia e restaurantes. A única desvantagem é que não há vagas de estacionamento suficientes.

Very nice hotel. We reserved the king suite. Very spacious and clean. Everything is updated. The shower was nice and hot and roomy. Very close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The only downside is that there is not enough parking spaces.

Sem serviço de quarto durante toda a estadia. Tivemos que pegar toalhas na recepção. Tem apenas uma varanda vertical - não há espaço para uma cadeira. A cama king-size é mais como uma cama queen-size. Não há muito estacionamento e o estacionamento transbordando em uma rua escura sem iluminação. As paredes são finas e podem ouvir tudo na porta ao lado. O check-in e o check-out eram simples.

No hay servicio de habitaciones durante toda la estancia. Tuvimos que conseguir toallas en la recepción. Solo tiene un balcón de pie, no hay espacio para una silla. La cama tamaño king se parece más a una cama tamaño queen. No hay mucho estacionamiento y el estacionamiento desbordado en una calle oscura sin iluminación. Las paredes son delgadas y se puede escuchar todo lo que hay al lado. El registro y la salida fue sencillo.

No room service the entire stay. We had to get towels from the front desk. It only has a stand up balcony- no room for a chair. The king size bed is more like a queen size bed. There is not much parking and the over flow parking in down a dark street with no lighting. Walls are thin and can hear everything next door. Check in and out was simple.

Don’t waste your money unless if you want to change your towels, bedding and clean your room. No one will do it for you. Don’t take a room with balcony. The balcony is less than 2 feet wide. It was very hard to find an access to the beach. There is nothing on the beach. There is no a life guard. You have to have own chairs.

Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim aqui. Chegou ao nosso quarto e viu um pedaço enorme de chiclete na cabeceira da cama, o teto estava caindo, as camas não eram do tamanho de uma rainha, eram do tamanho normal e encontramos 4 baratas vivas no quarto. Chamamos a gerência, Lisa é o nome dela, ela apenas se referiu à manutenção para corrigir problemas e nos deu nossa segunda noite de folga, mas ainda assim foi muito rude e insensível com a situação desde o início e nos deu um tempo difícil. Não era profissional. Quando a manutenção "corrigiu" um problema, encontramos outro. Íamos ficar na primeira noite, mas foi quando vimos as baratas e não queríamos mais ficar lá. Passamos 4 horas tentando recuperar nosso dinheiro e cancelar ou trocar de quarto por causa da falta de limpeza no quarto e pelo fato de haver mais baratas após a manutenção, apenas para matar os dois primeiros. Não recomendaria ficar aqui. Pode ser difícil obter um bom valor pelo que você está pagando ou apenas obter um bom serviço. Além disso, eles nos cobraram dias antes de chegarmos e descobrimos que não havia vista para a praia como mostrava nas fotos online. Acabamos tendo que ir para Savannah porque toda a ilha de Hilton Head estava lotada e este hotel não podia mudar o nosso quarto. Tal aborrecimento e não valeu a pena.

Had a really bad experience here. Got up to our room and saw a huge piece of gum on the headboard, ceiling was falling off, beds were not queen-size, they were full size and we found 4 alive roaches in the room. We called the management, Lisa is her name, she just referred to maintenance to fix issues and gave us our second night off, but still was very rude and insensitive about the situation from the very beginning and gave us a hard time. Wasn't professional. When maintenance "fixed" one issue we found another. We were going to stay just the first night but that's when we saw the roaches and didn't want to stay there any longer. Spent 4 hours trying to get our money back and cancel or switch rooms because of the lack of cleanliness in the room and the fact there were more roaches after maintenance came just to kill the first two. Would not recommend staying here. You may have a tough time getting good value for what you're paying for or just getting good service. On top of that, they charged us days before we even arrived and we found out there was no beach view like it showed in the pictures online. We ended up having to go to Savannah because the entire island of Hilton Head was booked up and this hotel couldn't move our room. Such a hassle and was not worth it.

Newly remodeled with no carpetingis a plus. The balcony is nice but no seating. A block from the beach with easy access. Limited parking in front of the building.

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación muy limpia, la cama cómoda, la vista a la piscina y al estacionamiento y hotel vecino. La atención muy amable y profesional, salvo un pequeño problema con la General Mánager Korenna que nos canceló la reservación unas pocas horas antes de salir para el hotel, aparentemente por un problema con la tarjeta de crédito sin llamarnos para ver que pasaba, suerte que una de las empleadas no soluciono el problema en unos minutos. El desayuno muy bueno, el café y el jugo de naranja riquísimos, al igual que el resto de la comida. A unos 80 metros de la playa pasando por un caminito entre complejos habitacionales.
