“We had a few issues when we got there, but their customer service was great! They took care of everything right away. It was 6 of us there on a girls trip for me and my sister birthday. We had the Diamond club package.We had 2 butler Ryan and Michaelee they were awesome. They made our stay worthwhile.I want to give a big shout out to them both thanks guys for everything!”

“It was great, luxurious, professional, respectful, courteous and hardworking staff.The place is very clean and beautiful. There are many pools, bars, restaurants, umbrellas and chairs it's extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The ambiance at night is very attractive. There are many activities for the children. The covid protocols are followed to the max as soon as arrival. I will definitely recommend this resort to everyone”
