Prático e compacto. Check in e check out em totens automáticos, agilizando o processo. Staff prestativo para ajudar com o que precisar. Café da manhã pago à parte, bem completo. Quartos bem pequenos e modernos com controle da TV, luzes, cortina pelo iPad.

Ótimo ponto. Hotel descolado, moderno, com atendentes sempre sorridentes. Rooftop delicioso, com uma vista bem nova-iorquina. Os quartos são extremamente pequenos(único ponto negativo).

Organizado. Staff muito bom. Localização. Rooftop bar. Quarto apesar de pequeno totalmente controlado por um iPad. Fizemos um early check in com 4 horas de antecedência. Possibilidade de late check out por uma pequena taxa.

Words can’t describe our experience!!! Where do I begin!?! - the hotel and our room were spotless, clean, 24/7 - the service was off the charts, top notch, flawless - breakfast was so good (fresh, hot, clean, quick) - the lobby/lounge area, was so welcoming, warm, beautifully designed and very refreshing - the roof top bar, a must see, perfect viewWe’ll be back!!!

Great hotel with an amazing concept. Always fun to stay. All of the hotel staff are friendly and amazing. One of my favorite aspects of Citizen M is the amole common space where you can relax and socialize with the staff and other guests. Normally you'll fine some very awesome fun people staying here!

This was such an amazing hotel. Cleanly, great service, very nice rooms. Everything about this hotel was great! Very secure and makes you feel very welcomed. We will definitely be back and stay here again! I recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in a very nice hotel but not break the bank!

When we booked last min. We didn't realize how small the room was. Like a dorm studio. But, it was clean, modern, all amenities you would expect with a great rooftop style bar. The location is great, close to time square and Theatre districts.

I have mixed feelings. First the good. Super awesome location and super close to the D line and walking distance to basically everything. I loved especially how close it was to Hells Kitchen. The staff was intensely friendly and welcoming. We loved our room and how cozy it was and our favorite part was being able to watch the skyline at night. The shades were a little wonky but we’re not picky and the bed was warm and fluffy. However the price I agreed on was not the price I paid. I had to move our dates twice due to a family emergency. Originally we were told an extra 100ish bucks to move the dates but we ended up paying about 200 more. I also purchased the breakfast included option which was somehow cancelled but I never got my money back on it. The person attending breakfast said it was fine but we were charged an additional 60 bucks for our “included” breakfast. (This was NOT the fault of the worker at the bar though) I also randomly got charged 34 bucks before we even arrived??? So our affordable two night stay started to become not worth it especially because there’s other micro hotels around that are cheaper but we opted for citizenM for the cute rooms (which again were 5/5). I dunno it just seems like we were tricked a little bit and might try a less fancy but more economical hotel next. It was fun though.

El lugar es muy bueno mucha tecnología en los cuartos pero es muy chiquito el espacio de las habitaciones pero me gustó y el desayuno que sirven es un bocadito literal pero muy rico y la atención del personal es muy buena 👌

I decided on this hotel based on YouTube reviews. I pretty much already knew what to expect and my experience was no different. I loved everything about my stay from the check in to the check out. The staff was wonderful and helped make sure everything went smoothly. I felt welcomed. The view from my room was amazing and the room was very clean. The room location was perfect. Nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family members out of state when they come to visit.

muy limpio excelente ubicación. El cuarto era bien pequeño solo caben dos personas,aunque la cama era king size y bien cómoda.El cuarto tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien con una vista hermosa desde su enorme ventanal.Con todo y lo de la pandemia me volvería a quedar allí cumplen con los protocolos de limpieza al entrar.
