“Do not stay at this hotel.
I travel a LOT and I’m a Hilton diamond member. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in over 9 years.
NONE of the gym equipment works. It is all broken. They gym is extremely small for what I consider Hilton Garden Inn standards. I’ve seen Hampton Inns with bigger facilities.
My asked to see the manager about the equipment all being broken I was told she is only there a couple of days a week and when she is there it is only from 9-2. This makes it difficult to have a conversation with her as someone there on a business trip.
Additionally, my room smelled. I figured out on the last day of my trip that the AC unit was leaking water into the floor/carpet. I’m fairly certain this was causing mold to grow and creating the smell.
I will be in this area for the next 6 weeks. My team will not be staying at this hotel for the remainder of this trip.”

“An exceptionally mediocre hotel, especially given the price. Wi-Fi kicked me off every 20 minutes, thankfully my work could be done offline. Bathroom had no fan, so the mirror was useless for half an hour after a shower. The bed was comfy.”
