Experiência terrível! Logo na chegada nos deparamos com um carrinho que soltava uma imensa fumaça, que era inseticida para matar as moscas! Deveriam ter o cuidado de passar mais a noite quando as pessoas não estão nos jardins! A recepção de chegada ao hotel nada simpático,parecia que estávaa nos fazer um favor. Carregador de bagagem nada simpático e ainda ficou plantado no nosso quarto nos fazendo sentir precionados a dar gorjeta. A praia muita muita muita alga Tivemos que ficar o tempo todo na piscina Todos os dias tínhamos que nos chatear quase a implorar que o Mini bar foce abastecido e mesmo reclamando nunca foi Os lençóis e capas de almofadas cheiram muito mal As reservas de restaurantes nunca tinham horários Tivemos que jantar quase todos os dias entre as 18:00 e as 18:30 quando ainda não sentíamos nenhuma fome Podíamos optar pelo bufê mas ao jantar a comidaé péssima parecia sobras do almoço Os funcionários quase todos vivem ao telemovel Estão sempre a conversar uns com os outros em voz alta Alguns são simpáticos outros chegam a ser extremamente grosseiros Este está longe de ser um resort 5 estrelas Nunca recomendaria a um amigo!

En cuanto a infraestructura me pareció excelente pero ahí termina lo excelente. Es deplorable el servicio de las habitaciones. Llevamos cinco días en el hotel y no nos hacen el servicio en la habitación. Lograr reclamar por teléfono desde la habitación es imposible. No atienden en recepción y si se da el milagro que lo hacen te dicen aguarde un momento sin escuchar el reclamo y te dejan eternamente esperando con música y nadie responde. Los cinco días hicimos el reclamo personalmente en recepción. Te atienden bien y se disculpan prometiendo que no volverá a ocurrir y sistemáticamente se repite. Hace dos horas volvimos a reclamar al gerente del hotel (no puedo asegurar que lo sea porque no lo acredito de ninguna manera) muy amablemente se disculpó y dijo que no se volvería a repetir y seguimos esperando, nadie vino a hacer la habitación, ni a traer las toallas ni ningún elemento de aseo personal. Desde ya aclaró que es un problema del que tiene a su cargo la organización porque evidentemente no controla ni supervisa que el trabajo se haga y se haga bien. Respecto a los empleados en general son de lo más amables y educados. Con esto quiero resaltar que es un problema del que tiene a cargo la organización y supervisión del hotel y no de los trabajadores. Jamás recomendaría este hotel ya que hasta el momento la experiencia es deplorable

Experiência incrível! Local maravilhoso para relaxar e com ótimas atividades durante o dia. Equipe 100% dedicada ao seu bem estar e de todos.Quartos super aconchegantes e bem equipados. Equipe de arrumadeiras sempre dispostas a proporcionar a melhor experiência.Vim em novembro, o tempo mudava muito, mas sempre com muito sol. Valeu cada segundo nesse paraíso. A senhora Ignacia que limpa os quartos do Âmbar Green é muito Gentil , um doce em pessoa , sempre muito alegre me contagiou muito ! ❤️ As senhoras Glória e Yisel como Quintino são ótimos nos bares da piscina , Glória e Yisel sempre dispostas e felizes , ótimas atendentes ! ❤️❤️😍 Frizaida , Yaritza,Karlina , Elizabeth no restaurante buffet fazem a diferença servindo ótimos pratos e sempre com dedicação ! 👏🏼👏🏼 Sobre o Resort , a estrutura e os quartos são ótimos , a única coisa que me incomodou são alguns gatos que invadem o restaurante as vezes , tirando isso o resorts é maravilhoso e estou querendo voltar o ano que vem ! Passamos os 6 dias de nossa Lua de Mel no Grand Bahia Principe Aquamarine em Outubro. Foi uma ótima experiência. O complexo todo é excelente, várias opções para alimentação, quartos bem equipados e bem decorados. A piscina e jacuzzi são muito boas. A comodidade de ter vários restaurantes e bares (piscina e praia) é que faz a diferença.A única ressalva é que poderia ter algumas opções de "snacks" no bar da piscina, mas é só um pequeno detalhe que poderia ser melhorado.Quanto ao povo Dominicano, super alegres e receptivos, o tratamento foi muito bom.Indico esse hotel com certeza.

Arrival day was ok - only person at the customer service resolution was above expectations , Daphnee . Besides that it was just a disaster Shower broken on day 1 Ac does not work - twice technician showed but still broken on day 4 !!! I was not the only guest on the list whose AC WAS JUST NOT WORKING 👎👎👎 The door boy was rude and at times very lazy to take take us to the other restaurants - Beach towels are not washed - we returned beach towels where we witnessed the guy just folding it for other guests !!! This hotel is rated as a 5 stars - to me this is a 3 or below !!!

I am staying here now. This is my first trip out of the country and I really had high hopes given the reviews. The room that we are staying in is EXTREMELY hot and uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong, it’s decorated beautifully, but there’s no way to get a good nights sleep when you’re tossing and turning all night because of how hot it is. The buffet is ehhh. I’m literally starving right now lol I can’t find anything I like to eat and I’m not even a picky eater. The wait staff/customer service is extremely slow. When we were on the beach, we got rejected quite a few times when we tried to get drinks because we stayed at Bahia Aquamarine and not Bahia Ambar. This wasn’t the experience I was hoping for, and I still have 3 nights left to go. I miss my bed, I miss my a/c, and I miss my food.

Horrible resort that should be ashamed to call themselves a 5 star resort, more like a 0 star resort. The moment we checked in, everything went down hill from there. Upon checking in, my room card wasn't working. I had to wait in the humid hallway while they made me a new card. The mini fridge in the room was very warm and never stocked. Your only allowed 2 small cans of beer a day. I called concierge and requested water and waited over an hour and was only given 2 small bottles. This resort makes you feel like your a nuisance if you ask for help. A lot of the staff, especially the drivers of the carts are very reluctant to take you back to your own hotel lobby! If you ask a question most staff reply by saying "I don't know". The service is terrible and non existant and the food is sub par. Today at the buffet I asked for water 3 times and was never given any. I would never ever return nor recommend any Bahia resort, especially the Aquamarine. Now im sitting here waiting for staff to come and fix my safe that mysteriously stopped working. Please save your money and do not, I repeat, do not book your vacation here!

The service was awesome, they went above, and beyond to accommodate their guest. Everyone was so polite, and friendly. My only complaint was there is no atm on the premises.

En la entrada es una sosobra ir a buscar un cliente ya que los taxistas acosan a los clientes y a los conductores de uber por recogerlos en dicha entrada del hotel, ojo bahía favor controlar ese inconveniente y más delante de un cliente, el cliente elige con quien irse no es obligado que tomen un taxi si ellos prefieren un uber están en libertad de hacerlo

Lo siento no me fue bien en este hotel a mi amiga por la noche le picaron los insectos cuando estaba dormida y que Caos.... tuvimos que cambiarnos a otra habitación porque los insectos no nos permitieron descansar ... al parecer chinches !!!! The staff are wonderful. Love Marlin and Stephanie So much energy and fun. Changed our room from 3rd floor to ground floor when requested. Been here 3 years and will come again! Great choice of restaurants. Food was fabulous.

Highly recommend the adults only amber and aquamarine sections. The beach was clean and staff were very helpful. Nightly restaurants were fanatic and the Sports Bar made our afternoons.

This hotel probably has one of the worse management I’ve ever seen. During our stay the air conditioning in our room broke down. After a few unsuccessful try to fix it, they let us stay that night with no a/c. We couldn’t sleep the entire night. The hotel never offered us to temporary change the room for the night when they had a lot available. I think they can do better at solving inconvenient situations to client during their stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for their lack of touch and respect to their customer. An apology was never made from the management about this situation.

Beautiful Hotel. Pool area clean and well kept. Very big hotel with different hotels on the grounds, a little confusing on which ones we can use. Beach also is allocated to different hotels. Rooms are very clean and spacious with huge 4 poster bed. Rooms are kept to very high standard. Some really lovely staff. Maria in the buffet is always smiling. 😁😁

Absolutely love this hotel! Have had the best time here. The entertainment team are amazing, thank you Marlon, Stephanie (I cant remember the others names but they’re fab). Evening entertainment has some of the best dancers I’ve seen. The pool party is a must! Foods great, staff are all lovely and the hotel is kept so clean. 5* definitely.
