“Gorgeous view from our room. Staff is very kind and accommodating. The room was clean & it was such a good deal. We flew in late so we stayed here before we headed to a nearby resort for a wedding. We even came back here to stay an extra day before we flew home because we enjoyed this area a lot. The beach is the best here!”

“My husband and I had the misfortune of staying at your hotel from 12/10/21 in to 12/17/22. In room number 3030 During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.First, it took more than a day to find out the refrigerator was not working even though we had a confirmed reservation from the bellboy it was working. We realize it was not working the second day Why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. When I asked the reception staff about the reason of the delay, they said it was because the it was a power outage. Well that is not my problem. They didn’t even let us know. My wife’s medicine was ruined 😡 after speaking with you on 12/17/21 you said I will be getting emails from you guys”
