“The front desk staff are excellent, they all are very polite and helpful people with excellent English.
Although the general impression of staying at this hotel was spoiled by the fact that the hotel charges payment for coffee in the room. At the same time the hotels provides only two tiny bottles of drinking water.
It's can be called not hospitality but empafia (meanness) only.
My colleagues and me have visited many hotels around the world and for the first time we witness the hotel charging for coffee in the room.”
